I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. In all my years and travels of the globe, I have never before encountered such perfection in the hospitality industry. The room was spacious, comfortable but most importantly of all spotlessly clean. The whole COVID procedure was followed to a T and we always felt safe and well looked after by Andrea and his team. The food was out of this world. My highest compliments to the chef and his kitchen staff. We dined here for breakfast and dinner, every piece of food was delicious. Customer service was at its finest. We are thoroughly satisfied guests. Thank you, hope to see you again soon!

Very personalized attention. Andre was a joy as a host. He paid attention to every detail. It was like being at home. Hotel is well located, clean, with very nice personnel attending to it. We would definitely recommend it and go back to stay on our next trip.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel last week. These people are passionate about what they do and clearly value their customers very highly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are all extremely pleasant and friendly, a great example to other hoteliers. The hotel was clean and bright, has a good car park and WiFi in the rooms as well as reception area. The breakfast was all home made and plenty of it. My room had a lovely balcony and air conditioning. We were so pleased to find this hotel as the previous one on our trip wasn’t good. This hotel made our holiday and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Will definitely return in the future.

I spent one night in this hotel, very cheap and nothing to say, everything was good. I had a room with balcony at the third floor and the view was magnificent. Close to the center, I walked just five minutes to reach the center of Chianciano.
