One of the best hotels we have been in so far. Excellent services, large family rooms, good location (not in city center), very good breakfast (coffee could improve though!), amazing marine decoration and style.
Definitely recommended over many others in Civitavecchia.

Only stayed one night, on our way from the ferry from Barcelona to Rome.
Very clean, staff very helpful. No in-house tea or coffee-making, but 5Euros pp at the restaurant solved that.
However, plastic cups, and not glasses.

By pinpointing the date and time you might be able to zero in on the right cab. Offering a reward might be an added incentive in having the staff really take a look see. I wish you luck.
