For us the hotel had great pros and cons which made it difficult to rate but our overall impression was that for what was on offer it was overpriced. Pros :- Very friendly helpful staff, it is a family run hotel and the service was outstanding Good food in restaurant Nice communal areas, bar with log fire, quiet room, breakfast room...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Menardi. It is comfortable and friendly with good food. It is about 10 minute walk from the centre of town but that was not a problem for us. There is a spa but I didn't have time to try it out.

The staff is amazing. It is not in the middle of town, but a 10 minute walk. I find it better. They have a walking road in the back that takes you to town with amazing views. The staff is amazing. Friendly, helpfull and caring. The building is old and well taken care of. The rooms are comfty and we...

We had booked this place to stay over on our return journey from our trip to Tuscany. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances we were delayed in our arrival time eventually getting there at 9.30 pm so didn't get the chance to make the best of this beautiful place. The owners and all the staff were great friendly and helpful, and...

A very pleasant stroll from centre of town brings you to this gem of a hotel. Run by the original family they take good customer service very seriously . All staff are very helpful and the hotel itself is very clean and fresh. The bar is particularly welcoming with a roaring log fire and a lovely cosy feeling. I queried...

Hotel Menardi has been our go-to hotel when visiting the Dolomites. Our first visit was over 15 years ago with our son and another family. Last year, my husband and I returned with two other couples and this year it was just the two of us. Each visit was in the summer/fall. We cannot say enough wonderful things about both...

My wife, daughter and I stayed here last week. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to offer advice on hiking, activities, food etc. This is a family run hotel located a 15 minute walk down a pleasant path to town. Ample free parking. The hotel is charming and the breakfast cannot be beat.

What a refreshing change from chain run hotels. This family business gets it right. We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The meal package (breakfast and dinner) meant we didn't have to go down the road the 1km or so to find cafe or whatever, and the food and wine here are awesome! There is a bit of traffic...

A really nice family-run hotel. My room was comfortable and lovely. The owners were really helpful and went out of their way to give me a personal service. I was there in June and would really like to come back. At any given time.

Excellent service. Not a luxury hotel (thin towels, older furnishings) but ideal for us on our hiking trip. Expansive spread for breakfast, the best on our trip by far. Did I mention the people? Helpful, informative, friendly. Loved it.
