You don't expect a such good value from any hotels like this in Cortina. In the winter Inghams runs this family hotel and the owner take over at spring & summer. It is a chalet hotel in the winter with Inghams staff fully in full control doing all aspects of service with I think only one of the owners represented....

Transfer from Innsbruck very well managed by Ingham's reps and arrival at the hotel warm and welcoming by Michaela. The hotel staff although young were a credit to their parents and Inghams. Nothing was too much trouble and they were all without exception happy, confident, friendly but very well mannered. We were a party of six females in three rooms....

This is a characterful hotel with an interesting history situated in the centre of Cortina. It has spacious public rooms with an open fire in the lounge area. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Michaela and her assistant Jessica. Although the decor in our bathroom was a little tired, there was plenty of hot water and the room was...

I traveled to this hotel in Feb 2016 as a group of five. The hotel is located on the main street through cortina and has good bus links to all the main slopes in Cortina. As part of the hotel there is also a free mini bus provided from the hotel that took our group to the slope at socrepes...

This is an Inghams chalet hotel and is run by their staff who are in the main young. They are very friendly and welcoming. Meals, afternoon tea and drinks are included. The dinners were delicious. It in a great position, just across from the bus stop. The hotel has a minibus to take you to the lifts too. The decor...

The public bar and lounge area was large, and comfortable, with open fire and Large pool table. Narrow Boot/Ski room with individual heated lockers/per room. The run a complimentary mini bus to either lift station, you just call for them to come and...

We stayed with a group of family and friends. The staff were all excellent and helpful from the manageress Michaela, the bar staff, restaurant staff and Michael who drove the minibus. The meals were lovely and the wine flowed freely. We were concerned as when we booked we were informed that the double rooms only had a bath, but there was...

In the winter this is run by Inghams as a 'chalet hotel'. A full hotel but with ski chalet catering - drinks and nibbles in the bar before dinner, copious wine with dinner, 3 course meal, cheeseboard every evening, soup and cakes set out in the afternoon - all inclusive. And it works - Inghams are getting it very right....

Just arrived back from a weeks holiday in the Victoria Parc Hotel, with a group of friends. There was nothing that we could find fault with. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Considering the amount of people in the hotel, the food was varied, hot and very tasty. There were three vegetarians in the party and they were also catered...

Visited parc hotel Victoria this year at exactly the same time as last year and we had the suite again which is superb and we have no complaints about the cleanliness. But we do think that this year standards have slipped, for one thing there was nobody here this time from last years team. Nobody introduced themselves as last year...
