Good location – at the centre of Ferrara. Easy to find a parking place on the streets around (with 5 minutes’ walk) in blue zone: The hotel offers a special parking ticket for 3€ per day. My room was very small but pleasant. Unfortunately room was interconnecting type with quite poor acoustic insulation (from the other room you can hear...

This small hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is in the heart of the old city and vconvenient to everything. It is quite modern inside, tastefully decorated and very clean and neat. The staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful in every way. The service and food were quite good. I had heard complaints about the breakfast buffet but I...

Dear shopper 78, thank you for being our guest, for your review, and for the honesty with which you express yourself. As always, the old rule applies: listen to the views of all and then decide for themselves. The own personal experiences are not easily replicated to others...like you know. Thanks again and I hope to see you next time...

A dated hotel with a great location and good service. 4 star restaurant..Stayed on a group tour, otherwise would not have chosen this hotel. Little English-speaking staff, typical of the area. Sporadic bar service. Hotel did not give the impression of aggressively seeking clients

A lovely hotel in a superb location. Across the street from the castle and next to to a square with almost weekly events. Numerous restaurants are within walking distance, and there are always a cafe or stop for gelato nearby.

Dear Mr. Jethrone. Thanks you. As you know, we are in the city center next to the castle. Immersed in a magical atmosphere that tells of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. At times, seems to still hear the sound of horse-drawn carriages .... We hope to have you our guest again in the future. Best Regards. Antonio Meloni -General...

Great hotel, clean and tidy with friendly staff. You get 1 wifi code as standard but just ask reception if you need to connect anymore devices as they will give you more codes. Breakfast is great, ask for waitress for a fresh omelette! Location is ideal, right in the heart of the great town with plenty of eating places close...

Perfect location. Great views of the castle from the room. Great breakfast service and its staff looks after your needs at any time. The internet connexion works fairly well. On the other hand I expected a better furniture quality in the room.

Flew into Bologna and took the Bus & Fly (15 Euro) from the airport to the 3rd (last) stop in Ferrara. Exit bus, turn right and walk 100 meters to hotel. 60 minutes. Schedule available on-line. Perfect Location Moderately upscale hotel. I had a "superior room" which was overlooking the Palace, very quiet, but quite basic and typically small as...

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the center, 1 minutes away from the castle. Although yoi can't leave your car at the hotel- the parking is well-organized. You can park here to check it and check out but the parking place is 7 minutes walk away in a garden with lot of trees which...

Dear 270kingak, as always, it is good to judge for yourself. The opinions of different people are inevitably subject to culture, to education, to the personal circumstances of the moment. Often you can not have an objective judgment. Thank you very much for expressing your judgment so positive. Best regards. Antonio Meloni -General Manager-

Ferrara is not blessed with a plethora of good hotels. This one at least offered very acceptable rooms with a bath tub, rather than just a shower and so we stayed there. The hotel has parking which is a good ten minute walk away (it rained virtually all the time we were there), but is centrally located next to the...

Dear Mrs. Marion. Thank you for having stayed with us and for your review. I'm sorry that the weather has not been kind and that has a negative impact on your stay. As for the restaurant, it was actually organized a private dinner and none of the other hotel guests could enter. It happens very rarely, but occasionally, some of...

My husband and I stayed here for four nights while visiting Ferrara. Two nights were booked on a business trip but we decided to stay an additional two on our own. Dear Ms. Alicia, thank you for your kind words of appreciation for our home. We sensitize the food and beverage department, so breakfast can satisfy all palates. Thanks again and come back to visit us as soon as possible, perhaps in Spring, when the Palazzo dei Diamanti host the exhibition dedicated to Picasso and Gaudi .... Best Regards. Antonio Meloni...
