Hotel is in a very good central location and we could walk anywhere from the hotel. Rooms where clean, bed was very comfortable, staff where friendly and helpful and spoke very good english which is was bonus. Would have been nice if the duvets had been a bit thicker and instructions on working the heating / air con would have been appreciated.

We visited the Osmanly Restaurant in Kempinski Hotel and enjoyed dinner there. The food was very delicious and beautifully decorated, the waiters were very polite and helpful at all times. We were also able to meet the Head Chef Mr. Erkan Bostanci personally, a very friendly dear helpful person, it was really nice to have met him! We definitely recommend the Restaurant Osmanly in Hotel Kempinski! Dear greetings Mehmet Uyar

I have been to this hotel several times in the past and returned, little has changed only the time that has passed. As soon as I entered I had a faintenance with a gentleman who was at the desck ... but it was my fault and I apologized to him. I also asked to keep my products in the fridge and they were very kind. I recommend this hotel is a bit like feeling at home. Thanks for your service.

We stay at this very nice hotel for 3 nights. We really appreciated the hotel staff at reception, we found them very helpful, professional, and pleasant. We found the staff serving breakfast were less professional and kind. Another point strong of this hotel is the location of the hotel. This hotel is located at the heart of Imperia a lovely town located by the see. Staying at Imperia also allows us to visit San Remo, Monaco and lovely small towns located by the seashore. It is good value for money. We highly recommend it!

Very noisy , woken up many times by noise in the building , the staff that cheked me in must be trained to a minimum standard. I just cant believe it . I cant deal with stubborn rude staff, especially when tired and looking to rest. Room was clean .

Rossini al Teatro is plum centre Imperia and both marina areas are easily accessible. With a multitude of bars and restaurants in both marinas, the traveller has a broad choice with all restaurants reasonably priced. Breakfast at the Rossini has been meticulously arranged to combat social distancing with service from staff opposed to self service. Always a welcome stay and one for next time.

A further stay at Rossini al Teatro. I stay here when working in Porto Maurizio which although a €7 taxi cab away, is also a pleasant walk. If arriving from Imperia rail station, there is a scarcity of taxis although one will arrive eventually. The hotel is plum central Imperia and just a 5 to 10 minute walk to most restaurants. Rooms are spartan yet functional. Breakfast on the 4th floor has an array of fayre and is ample enough. Front desk staff are attentive and helpful. Internet connection is faultless. An enjoyable stay yet again.

Travelled with Just You and stayed in room 401 from 10 to 17 June 2019. The room was a twin and it was quite dark however i was able to open the curtains and a sliding window to obtain light, and to see a view of the public triangle below. There was an easy-to-use safe in the room and the TV had a number of English channels, mainly for the news. There is no tea /coffee making facilities. There are no facilities for eating except for breakfast, when a room is opened on the 4th floor between 7.00 and 10.30am. I enjoyed my breakfast which consisted of a small number of items such as fruit juice, yoghurt, croissants, bread, cheese and eggs that were good quality. The staff member did not take tea or coffee orders as a matter of routine but served you if you asked. The reception staff are professional and friendly, and so helpful if you have a problem. The facilities in the hotel are limited therefore in my opinion this should be rated as a 3 star hotel. There is no garden or pool area, and the fitness room and rooftop terrace that are advertised are poor.

Room nice with enough space, windows opened and bathroom clean and cosy. Staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very central within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and the small port. Breakfast a little of everything. My main gripe was that there was no kettle in the room so you will have to bring one with you and if you want a good cup of tea you really must bring your own tea bags!

Great check in, friendly and English speaking (thank you) and the underground car park works well. But at €155/nt plus the car park it is getting rather expensive compared to other hotels we visited on our 3 week European tour. The rooms don't look to have been decorated in the last 3 years (well, ours didn't at least) That said, it's centrally located making a walk to the front easy. Breakfast is nice. However - we may have to look elsewhere next year if we can't get a better price here.
