Probably a 3 star hotel because it has no dinner facilities. But in terms of cleanliness and tidiness, this is certainly worthy of 4 stars. The room was a mega room with certainly such a large terrace. A view formidable. The very well cared for breakfast could just as well have been prepared in Grandma's kitchen. So well cared for.

What a nice hotel! I don’t know why this place is only 3 stars. It’s fresh, quite new, clean, everything works and the service is friendly. Ok there’s no bar in the lobby but who needs that? I can especially recommend this place for anyone in a wheelchair. The hotel is surprisingly accessible. Very good value for your money.

Hotel looks fine from outside. Internal pool with very low level of maintence. Rooms are good and clean but bathroom not so much. One side of the hotel directly looks on the railroad (look pic from my room herebelow) and first train is passing at 06:20am every morning and then one every 20 min...no way to sleep! Consierges (I met 2) looks all bored and waiters at breakfast spend much more time talking between them then attending customers. Breakfast very poor.

Group of friends stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, using 5 rooms as we were visiting our twin village of Corte Franca nearby. The hotel despite some negative reviews on Trip Advisor we found to very very adequate for our needs. The staff were very accommodating and looked after us very well. The breakfast was buffet style with plenty of varieties of foods for different nationalities. It was very acceptable for a British palate. Our room was a good size with a terrace and a view of the Lake Iseo.

We booked and payed for a room With AC. The evening we arrived (appr. +28 degrees) we told a man at The hotel that the AC wasn't working. The answer was; "no it doesnt, Open the window". I said, "but the railroad is appr. 4 meters from the buildning?". Suddenly he did not understand english as good as when we started talking. It was late and we went to bed, trying to sleep in the heat. Since it was impossible to do that we finally opened the window so that we at least could breath. Then the trains came passning by 4 meters from the window all night long and made it impossible to sleep more than 15 minutes at the time! During the night we took one bottle of water each from the minibar (due to the heat caused by non-working AC that we had paid for). The next morning both of us were exhausted and more tired than ever after a totally awful night. We had breakfast and should check out from the prepaid room. The same man as the evening before asked if we have had something from the minibar and I answered, "yes we have had two small bottles of water trying to survive the night (in the heat and with the trains passning by just outside the window but since we have paid for a room with AC that you couldnt deliver and noisy trains passing by all night long which keept us awake all night I dont want to pay for the two bottles of water". He refused to let us have the water free of charge and I reminded him about my claim concerning the AC in the evening. Suddenly he did not understand english again and only spoke Italian. I asked him to several times to listen to what we were saying but he refused. I said that I thought it was stupid that we had to pay for the water since the night was a complete disaster due to heat and noisy trains. This is when he leaves his desk and start walking towards me with his fists held high as if he was going to start av fistfight. Which he did!! Hitting me several times in my cheast and and finally in my face and at my ear! I was so surprised by this odd way of saying "good morning" to a guest that I just stood there until my friend finally managed him to stop (without violence). We paid for the water and left the hotel in a hurry. This is the most strange way to handle a claim I ever have experinced and I hope I'll never will meet that kind of attitude at a hotel again. Dont stay at this hotel, the staff is obviously dangerous!!!

we have just spent two nights at The International Hotel in Iseo and loved it. Our room - 320 - was huge, with an enormous balcony overlooking the lake; a wonderful setting for a quiet glass of red after a day touring. The staff were very helpful - not everyone spoke English, but help was never far away. Parking, on site, is free, breakfast is included in the room rate, it is ample and it would satisfy all tastes. It is a 3 star hotel, but presents more like a 4 star; we would recommend it highly.

We stayed there for 6 nigths and We loved the place, very clean and comfortable, great breakfast (don't miss to ask for a capuccino to the ladies), good size of rooms, close to lake and historical center (walk a couple of blocks), friendly personnel and good private parking lot The only recomendation is to train better nigth staff on room heating / airconditioning setting, we had a couple of cold nigths with no solution because they didn't know how to change temperture to each room in their computer Anyway We'd stay there again

Terrible and awful service !! I DON`T recommend this Hotel AT ALL. The personal and owner of this Hotel it´s very unfriendly, arrogant unprofessional. Rooms are very old-style, cold and full of dust. I forgot my cellphone charger there and they didn´t want to send me back , so they just kept it !! This Hotel doesn’t deserve even a half star.

During a business trip to a company located close to Iseo, I did stay at the International Iseo for 3 nights. I did stay at this hotel in the past already and was fully satisfied. Therefore I did book it again and again I have no complaints at all. The rooms are arranged in a simple way, but offer anything you need. All my rooms were always cleaned up perfectly. Rooms are equipped with air condition, which was a big benefit in July 2015. Breakfast is amazing, good quality and a lot of choices. Booked the hotel again already, for business trip comming up in 2016. Hotel is located close to the city center and close to the Lago Iseo. Hotel offers an indoor pool and a parking lot also. No complaints at all, International Iseo can be recommended!
