Extremely shabby, even spartan surroundings, seems like the cleaners aren't doing their job thoroughly enough. Our room was very cold and nobody could do anything about it. The owner of the hotel is not very well-mannered, even rude with the guests, never seen her smiling. Her attitude was very arrogant. The only thing me and my partner liked about this...

This hotel is located at the top of the "main street"/centrum of Madonna de Campiglio and about 1 km from one of main lifts. Perfect location for us as we spent half the day up in the mountains and half the day in Madonna de Campiglio. The staff was really friendly and were fluent in English, the rooms were clean...

Three of us recently used the hotel as a base for a via ferrata trip in the Brenta mountains. This friendly, helpful and spotlessly clean hotel is very well run by a dynamic young couple from local families with long connections to skiing and guiding in the area. They speak very good English and went out of their way to...

The location of this gem of a hotel can not be better. The ability to ski on and off the mountain to your hotel is priceless. Lorenzo and Rosetta made our stay in the Dolomiti unforgettable. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and clean. Our room was relatively large for a family of four sharing (2 teenage girls). The staff is...

This was our first time in Madonna and we booked through Enchanted Holidays who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The owners, Lorenzo and Rosetta, are delightful and the hotel is warm and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable and great value. The location is excellent both for the town and the pistes - genuinely ski in/ski out.

We booked this hotel via Enchanted Holidays, an extremely professional Travel Agency that only specialises in Madonna di Campiglio. Hotel Montana is an excellent Hotel with fantastic facilities such as a wellness centre/spa/sauna etc.. The boot room and ski facilities were also absolutely superb drying out those ski boots admirably. The speciality of this hotel is its ski in -ski...

Going out from the ski room you walk 20 meters to reach the slope on the side of the hotel, where you put the ski and you are already on the ski area of Campiglio. To come back, (if you find the right slope) you arrive at about 2 meters from the door of the ski room! Super!!

For convenience and access to Ski slopes and town could not be better. 20 yard walk to the piste from the ski room.Great value, large room but unfortunatley the adjoining occupants could be heard along with the TV very clearly, so the hotel does have a sound insulation issue. We were on the top floor our friends on the first...

Great service from the owners. Great rooms. Great breakfast. The location is very good both to the city center and the slopes (ski-in/out). It is a quiet and nice place. I will definitively return to this hotel and I will recomend this hotel :)
