Erika went above and beyond to help orient us to the city: providing insider advice on the best restaurants and local attractions. Our rooms were immaculate and you can tell the hotel employees take great care in what they do. There was an incredible variety...More

thank you for staying with us and hope to have you and your parents back in the future.
Erika Hotel is new, very clean and homelike. Our room had a wonderful view to the mountins. We had very nice breakfast every day: delicious home baked, lots of different kinds of muesli (for me it's great as I eat them every morning), different crisps...More

Great little hotel in the centre of Malcesine. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Garage parking below and safe. Hotel bar tho I must admit we spent most of time there in the various restaurants in malcesine, Limone on the other side is well worth visiting...More

Sorry for late reply. There is no elevator at property. As far as I know don't think there were ground floor rooms either. Ferry port maybe 10 mins walk .... there are lots of little cobbled (some hilly) streets to port. Another way to get there is to go down a hill by shops and then steps - this is more direct. Go to end of road where a Hotel is, cross road and go left. You should come to open area, think municipal offices there and shops going down hill. Follow this down. Ok going down, might not be so good going back if your wife has mobility issues. Don't think you can park to near port.
