We stopped here for 4 nights in July and loved it. The hotel owners are brilliant and couldn't do more if they tried giving us advice on our days plans and giving us discountpasses for the boats and attractions. They stored our bike for us and even helped carry our luggage to our room. The breakfast was faultless with a...

We have arrived home today after a wonderful 5 day stay at the albergo aurora for a wedding, I never write reviews but felt that the hotel made our stay. As a coeliac I was dreading this first international trip but informed management on first day "senza glutine" manager said yes that's fine. Arrived for breakfast the next morning where...

First off, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, in particular to a coeliac guest who had a glutem free diet. Even got gluten free bread and cookies for our breakfast for them. I cant stress how helpful the staff were and how acommodating they were to us. Hotel room was comfortable, amazing view of the Piazza, located close...

The hosts were very friendly and helpful with information about the area. The breakfast was very good...fresh Italian coffee!! The bedroom was nice but the bathroom was small and basic but both were very clean. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Positives: Good room cleanliness, decent TV and location was ideal being in the middle of Malcesine. The family who run it are friendly and speak a few languages which helps. They offer to cook you breakfast which is nice and offer advice on where your going or bus times etc. The hotel was very quiet when we stayed but we...

The hotel is located in the very centre of Malcesine (no traffic zone). Free parking (5 mins. walking) The room was cozy and clean; air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast quite good with juices, cakes, jams, ham, cheese, salami... Owners were nice people too!

Stayed 3 nights, they have free parking close by and it's right beside the main cafe's and restaurants. This hotel is perfect for couples but might not suit families with young children due to its small size but otherwise perfect . The staff were very helpful and friendly and we will will definitely stay again.

I was at Albergo Aurora for 3 nights two weeks ago (108,00 euros). At first I was very nervous to book a Hotel that is not 3 or 4 stars in Italy but this small and cosy family hotel surprised me. Staff was really friendly, they even let us use the kitchen to prepare something to eat! Rooms are extremely...

I emailed the owner and asked if he had a room spare, he replied saying he did, so I asked if I could reserve the room. On arrival he told he he 'had' a room and now he didn't. We were left in Malcesine at 5pm with no hotel. (Note I am 19 and I was with my 16 year...
