Villa Costanza is a very nice hotel with modern rooms. It's clean and calm. Location in Mestre is great and it's only a 3€ and 10 minute bus ride away from Venice, with very little tourists compared to Venice central. Only very small minus is the lack of a decent hotel bar (there's so many bars and restaurants in 10 minute walking distance). 5/5 would recommend.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved Silvia. Our room was large and clean and the bed was comfortable. You should definitely drink a cappuccino at the hotel. Because it really tastes good. The location of the hotel is good and very close to the station. It takes only 10 minutes to Venice by train. Internet connection was perfect. As 2 women, we felt safe at the hotel and had a lovely stay. We thank you.

Very nice, clean and calm place. We chose that place because of location near Venezia and it was very good choice. We came by the cars with the bikes. Hotel offered safe and closed parking place even after checking out. The staff was very kind and helpful in oranizing sightseeing of Venezia. We bought in the hotel bus tickets and we got plans of Venezia with the helpful explanations. The breakfast is chosen day befor by apk or in the reception. The choice is really very rich and everybody will be able to arrange his favourite breakfast.

The staff is pleasant and kind, helpful, kindly informed about everything I asked or was interested in. One could buy bus tickets for Venice here, and heed their recommendations! It is less than 5 minutes walk to the bus station and only 15-20 minutes into Venice. This is an ideal base for anyone visiting Venice. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, excellent air conditioning ... Bathroom is also excellent! The WiFi was good and always worked. It was nice to be a guest at the hotel.

We stayed as a couple for 4 days towards the end of July. The hotel was very easy to reach and is not only close to the Mestre Trainstation, but also very close to Venice. The hotel itself sells bus tickets for the line 2, which goes directly to Venice back-and-forth for 3 euros a piece. The best aspect of the hotel is without a doubt the friendly service, especially from the tall, blonde lady who works the breakfast and towards the evenings. We appreciated the politeness and the good level of English all the employees spoke, which is not that common. The second best aspect of the hotel is no doubt the eco-friendliness of it. Our room looked different than in the fotos advertised. Given the cheap price of the room close to Venice, this is okay, however. The room was clean with a good, but somewhat loud AC. The bath was clean. There was a safe and a mini-bar with three free drinks during the first day. The WiFi was good and always worked. Unfortunately, the sound-proofness of the room wasn't all that good, with the walls being quite isolating while the doors still allowed noise to get through. Breakfast was included for our stay, which was cheap for Venice standards. Due to Covid-19-regulations, the breakfast bar was not available, but there was an app to pre-order for each day. There was sufficient variety in the offer- however, English descriptions for several items on the menu would have been nice. If the order in the app didnt include something or the staff forgot, there were always staff members to ask during breakfast, who would immediately bring you whatever you needed. Overall a very nice stay, if you are looking for a very ecofriendly and cost-service-efficient hotel near Venice, this is it.

Leaving the bus station, cross the road and head towards the town centre. Turn left on Via Monte Nero and you see the hotel. Within easy walking distance even with luggage. Coffee, bar and tv in the lobby, polite and knowledgable front desk staff, buy your bus tickets for Venice here, and heed their recommendations! Our room was excellent, roomy, air condition, large bed, though the tv was small and just the one english news channel. Had to search for the blanket, found it in the wardrobe. Well equipt, clean and spacious bathroom. You are requested not to eat meals in the rooms, understandable, but no-one objected when we took our coffee upstairs. Breakfast is extra, but well worth it. Quiet and roomy breakfast room, large variety of foodstuffs, if not full english breakfast. But hey we are in Italy! Coffees, teas and juices. Recommend this hotel!

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to train transportation, and it turned out to be a great choice. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the Mestre train station, affording convenient transportation to Venice or to other places. (We took trains for day trips to Padua and Vicenza.) There are several restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed a few of them. (I forgot their names, so I can't write restaurant reviews for them!) Our room was small but comfortable and had nice wooden floors and ceiling. The bed was firm, which we like. The shower was quite small (similar to a cruise ship shower) but it was totally enclosed to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. The towels were large and fluffy. There is a sign in the room asking people not to eat anything there--I never saw that before. There is a breakfast buffet available (at extra cost) but we ate down the street instead. If you come back at night, the front doors are locked but the room key will open the exterior doors. There is also someone at the desk to help if needed. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Located in a quiet street a few minutes' walk from the railway station in Mestre. The decor is rather minimalist in the bedrooms, but the facilities are entirely adequate. The WiFi is exemplary in its speed and simplicity of access. The staff were always on hand to fix any issues - such as the A/C which seems to be disabled by default. After the first morning we skipped the in-house breakfast as there are many other options closer to the station. I was impressed to see an electric car charging point in the small car-park, and even more impressed to see it actually being used by a Hungarian guest. I would stay here again.

It is less than 10 minutes walk to the train station and only 10 minutes into Venice. This is an ideal base for anyone visiting Venice.

We stayed at this “hotel” and it was indeed a comfortable and “homey” place. Front desk (Wafa and Dimitrii) were very helpful. I still think about how this building was built and designed, it’s in those small details that caught my eyes. Breakfast is very good. It feels like home away from home.
