It might not look impressive from the outside, but it definitely makes a very good first impression after getting through the door. The staff is very nice, very helpful (to the point of leaving an unmanned reception desk behind and taking us to our room) and very informative. The room was quiet, spacious and comfy, modern, but at the same...

We stayed one night in early January. The location is excellent. We were given a huge room for a great affordable price which was very warm, comfortable and silent! They had free drinks for us in the mini bar and the following morning they gave us all the directions. Venice is ideal for day trips and we went there twice,...

Villa Costanza is in Mestre. That's on the mainland. To get to Venice, you will have to walk for 5 minutes to the train station and hop on a train to Venice. The train ride takes about 15 minutes. Considering Venice hotels are expensive and most likely you will have to lug your baggage through water ferries and narrow, crowded...

I'll be quick and short. The good was very nice finishes great staff and a very beautiful place to see. The bad is there was construction going on and that's all we could hear at first thing in the morning until fairly late at night. And nothing really near by to eat that was all that good. The ugly was...

The hotel is situated in a quiet street 400 metres from bus and rail station so easy access to Venice and airport. Mestre centre is worth a visit. We were lucky enough to see the Christmas market. Lovely clean room, comfy bed. Plenty choice for breakfast including cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, scrambled/boiled eggs, delicious bread/rolls. Really good freshly made...

We loved this hotel, it was very quiet and the staff were very accommodating. Our hotel room was quite small but it was a place to sleep not chill out in. The bed was comfortable, pillows a little to hard for me but I managed. Breakfast is extremely good with lots on offer including pastries, cakes, cereals, hot scrambled eggs...

Booked this hotel as I wanted to try staying in Mestre for my annual Venice trip. It is quieter and cheaper than Venice proper and not as unattractive as some think. This hotel was recommended as one of the best in Mestre, and I would confirm that. It occupies an old house which has been totally modernised. The novelty was...

Stayed 3 nights. If you are out visiting all day then this is ok to come and spend the night. That;s what we did not by choice. We booked this to visit Venice.Had no idea of geographical location between Mestre and Venice. For dummies like me- Venice is an island.Mestre is before Venice. I booked the hotel thinking it was in Venice.Any...

This was our second stay here. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfy. The staff is really helpful as well. They have a small bar and nice breakfast room. The best thing is the value. It's a short public bus ride away from the Venice train station but the cost is much less expensive than staying in Venice proper.
