We visited this hotel Villa Costanza in Venice for two days in september. This hotel is located at a great location just 5 mins walk from venice mestre railway station . The bus stop is just 2 mins walk to the hotel and from there you could get bus to Venezia city (santa lucia venice- just 15 min bus ride)...

We stayed here for 3 nights for our first time to Venice, it is about a 10 minute walk from the main train station, with ATM's and shops located nearby. There is a bus stop very close also for getting access directly to Venice. The staff were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was substantial (although perhaps not quite worth...

We were staying in Venice one night after a cruise and I was concerned it would be difficult for my father to carry his bags through Venice, so we stayed at this hotel outside the City, and we were so happy that we did. We felt welcome from the minute we arrived. We were given a great map with directions...

We booked 6 rooms for two nights for our motorcycle tour group with the gondola ride. Everyone loves it here. Delicious breakfast offerings. The staff is really helpful and friendly. We will surely stay many more times. The location is ideal, close to the train station and in a nice, diverse neighborhood. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and...

Visited Hotel Villa Costanza from the 12th- 19th August. Hotel is a really nice, but the thing that really made it was the staff. All the staff were great especially Monica and Demetrius, who helped us on how to find certain areas of Venice and also where we should go, nothing was a bother and always had a smile. We...

Great family room, double bed room with connecting door with 2 single beds. Room very clean, wifi worked well (we were on second floor), parking easy. Location good, less than 10 minute walk to train station - trains to Venice run about every 10 mins. Cheap restaurants to eat nearby. Only disappointment (and reason for not giving 5 stars) was...

In walking distance of the train station an bus station if you arrive from the airport. The train will take you in to venice in 15min and...

We had 2 nights at Hotel Villa Costanza in early June before joining a cruise ship out of Venice. We selected the HVC from TripAdvisor reviews of hotels in the mainland city of Mestre, closest to the island of Venice. Monica checked us in and was fantastic, very helpful and such a warm welcome to the HVC. Thank you Monica!...

I chose this hotel because we were driving in from Germany and wanted to have a FULL day in Venice the following day, not driving in that morning and really only having a half day. So we stayed at HVC Friday night, and ended up staying in Venice proper on Saturday night. Communication during booking was very good, and they...

Well we stayed here for 2 nights and I slept well which qualifies for 4 stars. Demetrius and the other staff was very helpful. AC was excellent. Pro's: 1) Room and AC 2) Staff 3) price 4) close to bus that takes you to Venice Slight negatives: 1) small TV positioned high on the wall causing neck strain. Only 1...
