Stayed one night with my family (5 of us). Hotel is at excelent location. Only 10 minutes bus ride to Venice. Bus station is just oposite the hotel. We stayed in family room which was very, very large, clean and modern. It has about 30-40 m2. Also very big bathroom. My only disapoiment was breakfast which was limited for 4...

I booked this break with Wowcher and they asked if I would rather this hotel or their other one (Delfino), I said Delfino, but when I got there they moved us to this one. Wasn't overly bothered as this one was just as nice! Nice modern room, bus stop right opposite hotel making it easy to get to Venice centre...

Hotel is well located off the island but easily accessible via 4L bus across the road. Tickets can be purchased at reception for ease. Supermarket close by and some small cafés etc. Walking distance to Mestre station. Hotel was decently clean and modern. We were glad to also have a mini fridge in the room. Restaurant and bar on site....

Upon arrival we we're greeted by what you would call a funeral director very straight faced He wanted us to leave our credit card in case we were to charge anything to the room as we hadn't got one he wanted at least £100 or €100 deposit, not forgetting they charge you city tax as well. Clean but over priced...

Because of fog we missed a flight home and our travel agents booked us into this hotel. It was just what we needed after a stressful day, quiet clean and comfortable. WE had breakfast and that was fine, particularly as they had to cater for a very mixed group of nations. We would stay here again

Our children booked this trip for us, they booked us into this hotel and we were a tad concern as we thought we might be to far away from St Marks Square. However we were really happy to find out about the excellent transport links that Italy has to offer (so much better then London). There was a bus stop...

We stayed for 2 nights as part of whistle stop tour of Italy. A pleasant hotel in good order, and ideally placed for the main railway station and the bus across the water to Venice. We had no complaints about the breakfast, and the hotel bar was reasonable. My only observation is in relation to the reception staff who were...

The hotel has good rooms, but the bar is fairly basic and service can be slow. The Breakfast was reasonable. The main advantage is the hotel is a short bus journey to the main ferry terminus to Venice and takes about 15 minutes If you are staying any length of time, but the 48 hr transport pass

After arriving from the train station we were a little apprehensive walking to the hotel. However, the location of the hotel was brilliant to get into Venice especially if you buy the 20E combined bus water bus ticket from Reception which gives you access all day and can take you as far as Murano etc. The room was ok, bathroom...

We visited during October and stayed three nights with a young child. We expected a room with a bed for our child but got a sofa, no bedding, no explanation and no apology or solution. The last time I checked a sofa and a bed are two different things, considering we paid a significant extra sum for three of us...
