Decent hotel, the rooms are nice, comfortable, spacy, very nicely arranged and modern. The hotel staff is friendly and nice. The food for breakfast is decent, a bit expensive for breakfast alone. Overall a good experience.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean. Breakfast was basic, but very good, can fill a hungry and growing teenager well. The toilet has a weird design, but probobly because we didnt understand it. 😉

Whilst the service was lovely, the room when we arrived at check in time was not clean. By not clean I mean rubbish in the bin, bedsheets and towels wet from the previous guests and hair everywhere, we then had to wait 30 minutes for it to be cleaned properly, lovely front of house staff who helped us with our needs when asked and helpful with public transport. Housekeeping will knock on your door very early if you do not have the sign up which we learnt 3 nights in so keep in mind, aircon does not work very well and will bring mozzies into the room. Shower was blocked and had to have the water running slower in order to not flood the room.

The hotel itself is a pretty basic bit clean hotel. What makes it so nice is the staff. They were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Especially Marco and David on reception. TrueType helpful staff. Our room had an en-suite and air conditioning which was much appreciated as it was so very hot. The lifts always worked which was good because there are rooms on at least 7 floors.

Myself and my friends came here as part of the wowcher deal. The Hotel was very clean, and rooms were kept tidy. Staff were friendly and happy to help us, even booking us a taxi on morning of our departure. We all enjoyed the buffet breakfast too, overall a very good stay not far from the centre, which is easy accessible on the E scooters!

Myself and my boyfriends had a lovely time in this hotel. We were worried after reading some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Staff were pleasant and comfortable, bathroom was lovely with a good shower, beds were comfortable, always able to find something for breakfast and although the walls were a bit thin it never once bothered us or woke us up at night. The links onto the island we’re perfect, we were never waiting more than 10 minutes and it’s only €1.50 each way. Overall a really pleasant city break in a really pleasant hotel.

My daughter visited here with friends, she was not overly impressed with the room but said it was okay. This had been booked as an 18th present for my daughter,a few days in Venice,I emailed the hotel as I thought would be nice little touch to order a bottle of wine or something waiting in her room on arrival for her and friends,my daughter's visit has now finished and no reply from the hotel to my email. Terrible customer service

Not a luxury hotel but then it makes no claim in that direction. The hotel is basic but very clean with friendly staff and an attitude that nothing is too much trouble. Brits will be pleased that you can get a good cup of tea at breakfast, and the cafe next door. I would return to this hotel happily

Hotel is very basic, although slightly as expected for a 3 star I couldn’t believe how small our room was. I was pregnant when we stayed and we had barely any room to move. Walls are very thin, we could hear the conversation every time of those staying next door. We were also by the stairs which meant we did not sleep well. Try to avoid room 101. We stayed for 3 nights of which two of the nights the fire alarm was set off and the building had to evacuate. I believe both times guests were smoking in their bedrooms. Plus side maids came in every day to make the bed etc. Room was clean and hotel staff friendly. It is a budget hotel so can’t expect too much but be prepared for interrupted sleep either from noise if the room or fire alarms.

Me and my boyfriend ( aged 21&22) have just come back from a trip to Venice, we stayed at the hotel centrale included with wowcher, From the treviso airport there’s a help point where you can buy a coach ticket €18 that takes you to the central rail way station and a return ticket, from there it’s about a 18-20 minute walk to the hotel, please be aware check in is not until 2pm :( as we were early we dropped our cases off and went to the local square a shopping centre almost, about a 5 minute walk or less but very little to do, however we found a lovely brunch place about 10 minutes away ( brunch republic) we got a breakfast burrito and a full English almost with 3 drinks each coming to €40. However hotel is nice, staff are nice just overall a nice stay we had a balcony which was lovely, but I know a few people have mentioned thin walls, didn’t bother us to much To get the bus to Venice which we found as the best way, if you go to the cigarette shop next door and ask for ticket to Venice and back it will be €1.50 we bought this every morning, from the hotel the closest bus stop is just in front of the SPAR, very easy to find an comes every 15 mins, once on just tap your card against the machine, Venice is the last stop so it is easy to find. We did get a boat taxi once to st marks square as we were running late to a booking (water bus came late and then drove off as it was full) so from Roma plaza (where the bus stops) it was €60 euros however it was a really good experience so if you can afford it, I’d recommend it. Gondola is €80 or at night €100 We went from tue to sat (4 nights 5 days) and we took €800 euros and spent it we weren’t stingy with things and we kind of just went where we felt like, not trying to be money efficient, but just so you have an idea But a overall very good trip we absolutely loved it however very sore feet and legs so have comfy shoes on :)
