Me and my family had a very pleasant stay at that hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights in quadruple room. The room is clean, comfortable, old-fashioned but typical for Italian hotels. The breakfast at the hotel is perfect, delicious food, perfect espresso coffee and juices. The location is excellent- near the tram and bus stop, about 5 minutes walk on foot from the hotel and the bus takes only 20 minutes to get into a Venice. It is also close to the bus station for the airport. You can purchase tickets from the reception for the vaporetto in Venice. The hotel is in the centre of Mestre and close to many restaurants, bars and shoping stores. The reception team are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Many thanks to Nicola and Lorenzo! I would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Venice!

This was the worst hotel we had ever stayed in! And believe me - all the bad opinions are real! The hotel is ugly, old-fashioned, rooms are too small to even put a suitcase on the floor! You can hear everything from the corridor, even the water Flow in the bathroom when people in different rooms flush down the toilet.!! But wait, there is more! They don't give you any duvet, only two freaking old blankets which I was even disgusted to touch, let alone cover myself during the night. So you can't cover yourself at night if you get cold. And in the bathroom the shower area is not separated in any way from the rest of the bathroom, so when you get a shower you have water all over the floor in the whole bathroom - my husband slipped on the floor when he walked in! The breakfast is a joke. They serve you THE SAME BREAKFAST EVERY DAY- cheese, 3 types of ham, croissant. THAT'S IT! NO VEGETABLES. AND OF COURSE STALE ROLLS. We were disgusted that we paid for it. And The Last thing - the Staff is rude, they dont talk to you and dont help in any way. We really REGRET Staying there. Do Not make this mistake.

If you want to go to Venice, don't want to stay in venice and still want an Italian city feel, then this is great. Rooms are great, air con is 5*, breakfast is fab, staff are VERY helpful with great travel tips - what bus/tram/train to get where and when. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Heads up that lots of bars etc are closed on Mondays, but open Sundays. We stayed in a 4 person room, which didn't feel cramped as there was good storage etc. GREAT HOTEL 5* :-)

Second time visiting, having a 10 night stay, and cannot fault a thing on either visit. The last one being 7 nights. Rooms are very clean, decor is in kind of where you are. Continental breakfast has so much to choose from, and a big shout to Gianni and his team in the restaurant as they work so hard, yet still make you feel welcome and wanted. Reception staff very helpful, and whenever you ask a question always give you the best service in answering and also checking you know the correct price for tickets for transport, taxis etc, as not to get overcharged. Rooms are very nice, and the housekeeping team are very friendly and do a brilliant job. From top to bottom, all the staff are brilliant, friendly, and even snacks and drinks from the bar are very reasonable in price. Cannot wait to go back. Lastly very special thank you to Mauricio, who after a family members flight was cancelled helped us enormously and changed arrival date free of charge for us and made us very welcome. My wife's 60th birthday with fruit and prosecco in the room was the icing on the cake, fresh fruit and plenty of it. Thank you all and see you soon.

My friend and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and I would definitely recommend as a cheaper alternative when booking a trip to Venice. The rooms are as they are in the photos - clean, but fairly fairly small, but have everything needed for somewhere to stay and get ready before heading into Venice. The location of the hotel is ideal - the tram and bus stop are a 3 minute walk from the hotel and the tram takes a maximum of 20 minutes to get into a Venice. Tram price is 3€ return - amazing! The breakfast at the hotel is perfect, beautiful pastry’s (as shown in the photo!) and meats, cheeses, bread and yoghurts. Perfect coffee machine and juices. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and polite - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exellent location near main city square and many restaurants, bars and shoping stores. Parking is free. Breakfast is poor. Room is small. Some of rooms got a terrace. Reception work all time. Near tram to Venice.

We stayed here for 2 nights pre-covid. The hotel is decorated in a lovely typical venetian style. Rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also quiet which is such an important thing. We had pre-booked and paid for the room for 2 adults and a 1 year old and on arrival we were made to pay €20 a night extra which was non-negotiable for them to place a cot in the room which was slightly distasteful. Also be aware as with all Venice hotels there is a small per room tourist tax (we paid €9 for 2 nights). The location is excellent, it is right by the bus and tram stops so easy access from the airport and also to get to the centre of Venice. It is also located close to lots of shops and restaurants which was such a bonus and lovely to walk around in the evening and have a tasty pizza and gelato. Food at breakfast was enjoyable, something for everyone. I would recommend anyone going to Venice and not wanting or able to stay in the centre to stay in this lovely hotel.

Good location for exploring Venice (close to tram and bus to Venice but also close to the bus station for both airports), nice and clean room, good breakfast, very nice and helpful personnel, especially at the reception - among the nicest I have ever met. The only downside would be the bathroom, which is quite small.
