We loved staying at Hotel Puccini! Great staff and food and room. It was our home away from home. Thanks to all the staff there. We enjoyed all of the restaurants in the area as well--we were not sent to one bad or mediocre place.

From the moment you walk in, you are treated very well! The friendliest staff at any hotel we've stayed. Very helpful and spoke English which was nice since we don't speak much Italian. Our rooms were very, very clean, and the bathrooms looked newly renovated. Nice European style breakfast. We loved it here and hope to return! Thanks for making...

Quaint city, nearby shopping, food and entertainment. Hotel upon entry was quintessential European. Small desk, very friendly staff. All spoke enough English to supplant my horrid Italian. Smallest elevator in history leads to a surprisingly spacious bed. Bed will be MORE FIRM than anyone in the USA expects (evidently this is typical in Europe as we felt this everywhere!). Room...

This hotel is a unique cross between a budget and luxury hotel. The service however is outstanding. The staff was wonderful. 2 examples were we were going to take the train based on their advice between Montecatini and Florence - the man at the desk helped me to get up the website to purchase the tickets. The site timed out...

Stefania and Rosa were wonderful welcoming individuals. The hotel is quaint but food was delicious. They were accommodating and helpful to us when planning trips, purchasing train tickets, etc. We plan to go back and stay again.

This is a small, renovated, well-maintained hotel in the center of Montecatini Terme in Tuscany. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It has a lovely restaurant which offers breakfast and dinner. We were there over Italy's Dec. 8th holiday weekend and it was like being on Fifth Avenue in NYC. If you are going to be...

We loved the Hotel Puccini, from the moment we checked in, until the morning we left. The front desk staff was wonderful, always greeting us when we walked in or out of the hotel, & very helpful with answering any questions that we had. If you drive, which I wouldn't recommend, please be advised that you can only park on...
