My wife and I were booked into this hotel as part of a coach tour holiday run by Caledonian travel . To briefly sum up our experience in the hotel was as follows The hotel staff were generally unwelcoming , the meals unappetising , crudely prepared and rudely served with no consideration for the sensitivities of their guests .Overall the impression given was they could not care less about their visitors and showed it by their actions as they refused to provide an acceptable level of service .The day we left the hotel refused to provide a sit down continental breakfast . After this experience our advice would be to give the hotel a zero rating and my wife and I will certainly not be returning

ci spiace perchè la nostra clientela torna anno dopo anno anche per la nostra cucina; va detto però che serviamo prodotti tipici toscani come ad esempio la ribollita o la trippa che sappiamo spesso non incontrino i gusti di tutti. proprio per questo i nostri chef sono in grado di prepare su richiesta piatti più semplici ma sempre con prodotti di prima qualità. Per quanto riguarda la colazione ci sono ben tre buffet che spaziano da tutto quello che solitamnete ci si aspetta in un albergo dalle grandi tradizioni come il nostr; dolci fatti in casa e cornetti al burro ad esempio non sono molto facilmente reperibili in tutti gli hotels. speriamo vivamente che torniate a trovarci! siamo sicuri che cambierete idea. un cordiale saluto .

A family run hotel near the centre of Montecatini Terme and close to the funicular railway that takes you up the the old town of Alto Montecatini which is a must to visit in the evenings. My room was a good size and the bathroom had a walk in shower. The room was quiet and also air conditioned. Our group were booked in for half board. It was a buffet breakfast with a very good selection. The food both at breakfast and at the evening meals was good. The service from all the staff and owners was excellent though I have to single out Katya and Kevin in the restaurant who always went the extra mile for the guests.. One or two of our group has minor issues with their rooms that were rectified immediately. We had a couple of lunches in the hotel as well as drinks some evenings. The prices of both meals and drinks were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to use this hotel again…

We travelled on May 12th arriving late with Glenton Travel. At breakfast the next day the milk was sour and there was no replacement so cereal wasn’t possible. Cheep processed ham and cheese and cake was our alternative. Dinner was salad and mashed potato. The restaurant manager was very rude and stopped communication with us. I was in the middle of eating risotto and he came forward and removed my plate…. We were asked to vacate the dining room table as they had another party coming in who got good food, completely different to ours. There was no bar .. my friends and I ate out after that. Terrible.. never again. Sorry Glenton.

We spent a night in November - staff was super kind, the room was big with a terrace. The atmosphere in the hall was splendid. Overall we had a nice stay even though we stayed there one day only. Super recommended

For the past 15 years, I've been staying at the Golf Hotel Carallo each time I came to Montecatini Terme. It is a multi-generation family business. The hotel is within walking distance to the town and spas. Love the warm hospitality each family member provides to their guests. Will definitely keep on returning.

We went here twice in the week we visited, a special THANK YOU to Tamara she was the perfect host, always smiling & helped us pronounce Italian dishes, the food was simple & super, small menu which meant all of it was fresh & very enjoyable, don’t go to the biggest restaurants in the town head to this one & go see Tamara.! We love her shoes too!

Whilst in Montecatini we ate at the restaurant twice. On both occasions the food was superb the wine was superb. The service was excellent. I speak a little Italian and helpfully corrected with my speech which helped me understand the language. A must visit restaurant and look for Tamara and you will be looked after no end

Nice familyrun hotel. Good standard room with modern bathroom. Good breakfast, rybread available, by italian standards. Simple but well cooked meals served by friendly staff. Well located near park and within walking distance to city centre.
