Me and my mom stayed in this hotel 5 nights and we had great time. We had superior double room recently remodeled and the room is excellent- quite big, airy, clean and have all modern amenities. There are few thermal pools with all kind of jets, sauna, lounges. Hotel offers many different treatments, we did massages only and can testify massage therapists are very good. Breakfast are plenty. All stuff are very nice and friendly but especially big thanks to Julia at reception- she was so helpful and so kind to us, we feel like we have a friend not just hotel stuff member. We definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel
I spent a couple of days at Hotel Eliseo Terme in September 2018 with my family. Overall we much our stay and had a great time in Montegrotto. The best part of the hotel, in my opinion, is by far the SPA. It's brand new and the pools are great. My room was very spacious but dated, especially considering the cost of our stay - but then most hotels in Abano and Montegrotto are on the expensive side. Breakfast and dinner were OK. Staff was very kind and helpful. Although we enjoyed our stay, if I were to return to Abano / Montegrotto I'd try another hotel.
Eye-filling design of public spaces including the pool area and the front yard. Amiable and helpful staff. They organized us a comfortable and inexpensive transfer from/to the airport. Superior singles are spacious with stylish furniture but located on the 2nd floor and have no balcony, so it’s a problem to dry swimsuits and towels. Doubles are on the upper floors, rather small but have balconies, some of them facing the Hills and the Dome - this view is really splendid! The furniture is new. The wifi is fast and stable. The thermal pools are large with enough number of sunbeds around, open from 8 am till 11 pm, a wonderful schedule! Breakfasts are basic (good bake but a great lack of fresh fruit and vegetables). Lunches and dinners offer a more manifold choice of dishes including seafood but very simple desserts. It always took a lot of time to have our meal, because the waiters were very slow, except one senior lady. The fixed dinner time at 19.30 is not quite convenient if you come back from your trip to Venice or Padova. But it is reasonable to book half/full board at the hotel as there are almost no cafes to dine out in Montegrotto and no supermarket to buy any provision. The hotel is a 10 min walk away from the train station to travel to Padova (15 min), Venice (50 min), Monselice (8 min). A bus and touristic train stop to Abano is quite near the hotel. There is absolutely nothing to do in the town after 6 pm, so special dinner events arranged at the hotel on Sundays and Wednesdays (traditional local food, live music and dancing) are some kind of entertainment for elderly guests.…
Me, my husband and my 18 month old daughter stayed here for 5 days and all I could say is that we had a pleasant few days staying here. The place is nice and clean, the people are warm and accomodating especilly the restaunt crew, they made us sure that we are comfortable. This place is perdect to bring small babies or toddlers as it is safe and the restaurant offers food for babies. The spa was amazing and clean. We were so relaxed staying herem cant wait to be back again next time.
My family and I get away to this Hotel and thermal baths once a year in order to relax and enjoy good food and company. The people who work at Eliseo are courteous and accommodating. The location is conveniently located near the train station, so Padova and Venice are easy sidetrips
