We had booked two rooms for the night of the Bravio, the major annual event at Montepulciano. The town was packed and traffic restrictions were strict. Meublé Evoè took the trouble to telephone us ahead of our arrival to let us know about the restrictions. They blocked a parking space in front of the hotel and were outside to guide...

This is a small hotel with a great location in the beautiful Montepulciano. We had 3 rooms and each was a different colour and represented a flower - beautiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Typical continental breakfast. We ate one night in hotel and found the food good value and very nice. We came from Rome and got the train...

We booked this hotel through a travel agent and didn't know what to expect. Upon arrival we were treated as though we were special guests. Francesca went out of her way to welcome us, including helping us with parking our van. The location is in the middle of the village. The meals were fantastic, and the service very friendly. All...

We travelled with another couple so booked two rooms. I think we got the better deal with rooms - our friends' room was at the front near the entrance; their shower was quite tiny and there was some noise from the street as we were there as grapes were arriving to be crushed. Our room was very good and the...

Checkin was late in the afternoon after traveling via train from Milan and having to hire a cab since the bus wasn't going to be running for another hour or so from Chiusi. A guy that worked in the restaurant that checked us in and spoke as much English as I did Italian (somehow we managed). The only part I...

Patricia and Francesca are awesome, the food on the restaurant is probably one of the best in town so save the search. We made a mistake and had dinner somewhere else just because we wanted to change venue. BIG MISTAKE!!! The beds are hard and so are the pillows no a/c but we were too tire and in July it...

We stayed here for four nights and loved our room and attached patio. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The one downside: you have to park your car down the hill and must climb a steep incline on cobbled streets. Luggage lugging strenuous walk to location.

This little B&B is perfectly situated in the historic center of Montepulciano. The room was cozy and clean. We had a triple (shared by my mom, daughter, and me). The accommodations were perfect for us although a bit tough to find if you don't know the area. The main historic street is closed to most traffic. I recommend parking in...

What to say about Francesca and her husband? Lovely! They are the owners of the B&B and also of the excellent restaurant, Trattoria di Cagnano. Our room was not huge, but very cosy and clean. The hotel is located behind the main street of Montepulciano. The restaurant from the hotel is fantastic, and we had dinner there every night (10%...

Caveat: with the narrow one-way streets and confusion of addresses, either a GPS or a map marked by Francesca is necessary. This was my third visit to Montepulciano, and it took nearly an hour to find the hotel and another 20 min. to find Francesca in the trattoria below. Our room was quaint and romantic with a small balcony over...
