We were invited to a wedding in Tuscany and were directed to Relais Ortaglia by Culture Discovery Vacations. They have an amazing location, close to Montepulciano but far enough away to know you're in the countryside.

We stayed here in August, and didn't rent a car. We decided to rent e-bikes, which were dropped off at Ortaglia for us, and we rode them through a couple towns. Multepulciano looks farther than it really is, we took the bikes there as well for dinner, and it took like 10 minutes. The e-bikes were great for helping us up those steep hills. It was fantastic. You could probably walk too it would take a bit longer but still easily done.

"San Donato was more expensive, but worth it. Also stayed in Poggiolo which was really nice as well."
