We had a wonderful stay! Roberto was so accommodating and friendly. He helped show us around town and gave excellent suggestions for restaurants and things to do. We felt welcomed from the minute we got there. We loved sitting on the terrace and relaxing at night, highly recommended!!

This was a very odd stay for me. This will be a long review! Getting there: Montepulciano was very tricky to get to without a car. I booked tickets to Montepulciano Stazione and emailed La Terrazza for advice on how to get to the hotel (located in the old town) from the station. Roberto did respond promptly but unfortunately neither...

We had a nice room like a junior suite, but rooms are all over the world more or less the same. What's make the difference in my opinion is the attention of the staff and/or owners. In this hotel Roberto and his wife Vittoria make the difference with other places (I read this already before I booked the hotel) and...

I stayed here alone on a weekend excursion while studying abroad in Italy. Roberto and his wife Vittoria were some of my favorite people I met, and quite possibly the most kind, generous, and amazing hosts I have ever had. From the minute I walked in the door, Roberto did everything possible to make my stay as comfortable as possible....

We arrived at the B&B at 2:50pm with a 3:00pm appointment at a nearby winery. Immediately after checking in, Roberto was on the phone with a taxi service and also called our Winery to let them know we would be late. Room was perfect, and breakfast was SO enjoyable. He made us feel right at home. Can't wait to go...

We stayed here for 2 nights in a great room with a new bathroom (nr 24). There is no airconditioning, but a ceiling fan that does the work. This hotel is perfectly located in this amazing town. Impossible to write a review of this hotel without talking about the hosts, Victoria and Roberto (+ Rambo the family pet). They are...

Great stay in beautiful Montepulciano. Everything was wonderful except for my hours-long attempt to get our brand new Mercedes-Benz (a rental) from the walls of the town to the appropriate street for parking!

We only stayed one night here. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Roberto was a perfect host, he even drove his car so we could follow him back to the hotel. It is not easy to find but well worth going to the top to walk around the square.

We visited this hotel the first time we toured Italy 8 years ago. It is well situated in the beautiful hill town of Montepulciano with free parking. Great breakfast included. Roberto is just as welcoming as ever, even though he is busy building a new, larger hotel around the corner. We will go back for sure. If you are driving,...
