Excellent solution for those looking for tranquility, relaxation and good food. The closest beach (Osa) is 5 minutes away by car, and cannot be reached in any other way. Good starting point for visiting Talamone, from which mini cruises depart for Giglio and Giannutri. The best beaches of the Argentario are about 20 minutes away by car. The swimming pool and hydromassage solution is excellent for those who want to spend days of relaxation and comfort. We tried the restaurant, the food is excellent. If you want pizza, you must specify when booking dinner: we didn't try it but from the photos it looked very good. Another plus is the large car park a few meters from the hotel. Even though the Aurelia and the railway are close by, the rooms are very quiet and you can't hear any noise coming from the street. I would have given 5 points if there were no carpets in the rooms, however the opinion is more than positive.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel for 6 days. What can I say except that it is truly beautiful, a small paradise in the Tuscan countryside, convenient for reaching Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano, Castiglione della Pescaia and the sea which is only 10 minutes away by car. The pool area is really spacious and welcoming, surrounded by a well-kept garden and illuminated in the evening which creates a romantic and evocative atmosphere. Very kind, friendly and super helpful staff from the girls at the reception to all the waiters at breakfast and dinner. The staff is very well trained, you can see that they have passion for what they do. Dinner dishes at Il Ristorante degli Aromi are delicious and delicious, you can see that they prepare them on the spot in the kitchen, they are of high quality. The idea of having the pizzeria by the pool to change one evening from dinner in the restaurant is also good, the pizza is very good and the girls who serve are very good. The rooms are also modern and spacious, excellent cleanliness. We didn't hear the trains go by or even the music from the resort above. We were pampered throughout our stay, thank you so much because we will carry this holiday in our hearts.

The location of the hotel is inconvenient The beaches can only be reached by car , even the nearest ones. Nice and clean, but they're a little poor at stocking toiletries. Breakfast is quite stocked both sweet and savory.

A series of management problems that have ruined our experience at the property: Rooms with heating problems, 18 degrees in winter. no solution is proposed until after our explicit request at 22:30. move room Rooms without toilet paper refill unless after daily supply request. Third bed without some slats, discovered at 23. slept one night with the mattress on the ground. hotel answer: you could have called the contact person. Bathroom aerator, if working with minimal suction. I leave you to imagine. The rooms were connected by an external passage, not covered laterally to the structure of the main body, where breakfast is served or where the other rooms are, imagine if it rained or if in winter it is cold (like 10 degrees and in pyjamas you would like to bring something to your children). At checkout it was NECESSARY to request a price adjustment instead of arriving from the management as an excuse for the continuous inconvenience. Structure not recommended

Holiday with friends for a week half board. Beautiful location. Fair proximity to the Osa beach, 10 minutes by car. Railway visible and above all "audible". Well soundproofed rooms if it was not for the air conditioning malfunctioning that forced you to keep the windows open. Breakfast and dinner definitely not up to a 4 star. Dinner menu, one for the whole week, only two dishes to choose from two appetizers, three first courses, two main courses and four side dishes, eventual third course - appetizer or vegetable - for a fee - absurd!-.Water and coffee included. No buffet vegetables no dessert no fruit. The kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Carlos and of his wife, excellent cook, have well mitigated this strange rigidity. Smiling and helpful staff but lack of a hotel manager. Ultimately stars and price not adequate to the services offered. A real shame

I recently stayed at this 4 star hotel, and although the rooms were really nice, nicely decorated and clean, the rest of the property left a lot to be desired. The garden and pool were clearly poorly maintained, with spaces that would need more maintenance to be up to a hotel of this category.
The staff was also insufficient compared to the size and needs of the facility. The service, although polite, was often slow and little present, which negatively affected the overall experience.
Finally, the asking prices are decidedly high compared to what the hotel actually offers. With some improvements in the care of the common areas and more staff, the experience could be much better.

It could have been pretty good but there were some issues. For one, we really don't appreciate having to step around dog turds around the pool and outdoor dining area. That is disgusting as are the dog owners who cause it. I understand these people probably have mental health issues so perhaps the hotel should stop allowing dogs all over the property, especially where people are dining.
That said, we appreciate the sincere efforts of the grounds keeper to maintain the property. He does an excellent job and it's not his fault that some of these dog owners are selfish and slovenly. The maid was also very good and kept the room in pristine condition.
Also, nobody mentioned that there would be loud music playing until 11:30 pm right outside the rooms, so good luck getting to sleep if you need to get up early to travel.
Finally, it is very easy to miss the exit to the hotel, it doesn't look like an exit until you are passing it, and if you do miss it, there is no turning around, you have to take a circuitous route all the way back and around the town which takes about 15 minutes.
Summary, it could have been a pretty nice place, but it falls short due to management decisions and practices so we would not stay there again.

It is confirmed as an experience of pure relaxation away from the noise of the city and perfect for a couple's weekend.
Returning from the sea, we enjoyed the swimming pool surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the place. The design always remains a gem, particularly sought after also in the new bar and in the new rooms decorated with Vietri majolica.
We will return as soon as possible to try the restaurant!

Experience not to be repeated. Indifference of the staff. Dirty environment and bathroom with broken toilet seat, tiny shower, it floods. Stains on curtains and blanket. Unmanageable air conditioning (you have to call reception) open the window and the air turns off but it only starts again if you call back down. A beautiful little dog cried all night and no one shouted at him!!! Terrible attitude towards a cute, beautiful animal. I asked for a sandwich by the pool and they brought me another type of choice (also bad). Music and family chaos coming from the osa resort. Mosquitoes go go completely sleepless night! Terrible experience never to be repeated again. I hope you can improve but above all love animals.

The receptionist was very kind but manager not to be seen….the superior rooms not as on the website. Despite asking for another room….the A/C still didn’t work and the bathroom smelled like sewer. We ask for manager through reception 3 times to help fix but he’s no where around (apparently at the “beach bar working”) ….finally at midnight we decide to open door to patio as it’s cooler outside than in and we don’t sleep because of train noise, birds and bugs! Next morning….still no response from manager when told he would be in at 9:30…had booked a 2nd night and tried to switch rooms for a 3rd time for better A/C but it still didn’t work! Very strange place with only one other couple seen at breakfast. At 11am, still no manager or offer for compensation. Tired of wasting time sitting around waiting for manager to show…. so we left. Received email saying manager giving us half price for “our issue” 1st night but still had to pay full price for 2nd night despite wanting to cancel and stay somewhere we could sleep! Terrible, tacky, not as pictured and definitely wouldn’t recommend! Manager needs to learn what customer service is and respond! Don’t waste your money!

Buonasera Susanna,
Purtroppo le spiagge sono raggiungibili solamente con la macchina perchè ci divide la statale Aurelia.
