We stayed here on the second night of our holiday on the way from Florence to Rome. We did enter the address into the sat-nav, however this took us much further down the autostrada than the actual location so you have to keep an eye out! We drove to Orbetello and onto the island for the day, we were hoping to drive all the way around but that isnt possible, the town is also a drive from the hotel rather than being able to walk so we stopped at a supermarket on the way back to get a 'picnic dinner'. The hotel its self is good with covered parking and external access to rooms. However once you are inside the rooms are very basic and old fashioned - we had a bathroom that was far too small to have a bathtub but they had put one in anyway meaning the toilet was very close and the shower screen could only be pulled over once you were in the bath rather than being able to allow the shoer to heat up a bit first. We chose not to include breakfast but got some snacks from the supermarket for our journey to Rome. Overall, Tris was what we were expecting, good for the night but not for an extended holiday.

Just for one night, because I don't know what to do there. This hotel is nowhere, but it is good place to start your trip along the sea to Genova. I spent a night there and that's it. Usual hotel with rather old furniture. Pool is very good. They have beautiful garden. Breakfast is very poor. I would say it is very good motel.

Spent one night. Clean. Large large rooms by European standards.. Great location to the Sea, but very reasonable. Short car ride away to the city and the sea! Proprietors very cordial!! Great Breakfast! Nice pool!

We stayed here for one night and I could say is that this hotel is not worth the price, not one bit. The rooms have a very bad smell that even if we open the windows the smell didn't go away, the bed linen where smelly and dirty. I will definitely not recommend this place we payed 140 euros not worth it. Also the breakfast is not included, so if u want to eat breakfast be ready to pay and the quality and quantity of the breakfast " buffet" is horrible as well. I will never be going back to this place

This hotel was great. It is family-run and they took care of their guests. We stayed just one night, but everything was ready, they called me by name, and the check-out process was easy. They called me a taxi and helped me with the train schedule. Overall, a great quiet respite from our touring. I would highly recommend the hotel

Spent one night. we did put the address into sat-nav, however this took us much further down autostrada, so we have to asked people to help find this location. The room was large and clean, nice pool. Good for spent one night.

We stayed for two nights on a stop over from Tuscany to Rome. Hotel is well run and rooms are clean and with plenty of space. Pool area is well kept. Breakfast was very good and service is friendly. The location is between the road and the train track so it is best suited for staying the night and visiting Monte Argentario or other reas during the day. La parrina can be recommended for dinner only 5-10 min drive to a gorgeous old vineyard.
Our kids loved the hotel as they also had cats and a play area.

Found fairly easily although uturn required to gain access as main road and no turns off the carriageway Fairly long driveway and ample parking, friendly reception and checked in quickly Room on the first floor which was very spacious with ok bathroom, little dated but clean and we had a quiet good nights sleep Pool area large and nice to relax in and breakfast buffet very good with offer of machine coffee over the pre prepared stuff which was great Couple of gin and tonics pre bed and all good
