1, very near duomo, you could call and the owner will tell you that there's paid parking just next to duomo. great location. 2, room is big, bath is good. owner is friendly. everything is good except soundproof is zero. there's an apartment next to us, which seems to be resident, they were talking talking talking & tv sound, though...

We stayed at this B&B for two nights in May 2016. Our stay was excellent. Everyone was very nice and the location was as good as one could hope for. I never did figure our exactly how the breakfast was supposed to work. Since no one rolled there eyes at me I guess things worked out in the end. If...

My wife and I stay at the La Magnolia after my mother in-law stay here about week before us. Serena was a great host to us and my mother in-law while she was there. We traveled around Italy for about 10 days, Orvieto and the La Magnolia B&B was our favorite part in Italy. We will back to both in...

We stayed for 4 nights and were excited when we arrived at the B&B as it is right on the main street - great location! We then found that our room was in their offsite apartment just off Piazza Republica (sp?). We were disappointed that we weren't in the main building because of the great location but ended up really...

This B&B is centrally located with comfortable rooms. But what made the stay very special was out hostess. She went out of her way to serve us a very generous breakfast when we needed to leave before the restaurant opened. She even made a lemon cake for us to enjoy.. I would not hesitate to recommend this B&B to anyone...

Arrived by car for 2 nights. Recommended parking adjacent to Duomo was an easy 5 minute walk away. B&B is on a main street, however, even though room was facing street, with windows closed there wasn't a noise problem. Wide staircase to climb to rooms. Booked single room, but ended up in small apartment with plenty of room in bedroom...

When we arrived in Orvieto, we were not sure where to park. We called Serena, our hostess, and she gave us excellent directions to the parking lot which is on the side of the Duomo. Very affordable and very close to the B&B. As we were walking down the street looking for the B&B, Serena greeted us on the street...

We were lucky to rent the apartment with balcony for three nights. What a beautiful place and convenient location. The WIFI was excellent. We had a full kitchen and all of the cookware and tableware you need, but you will need to buy some things if you plan to cook. There's a supermarket close by. We just made our own...

My friend and I had a trip scheduled and this hotel was one of our stops. Unfortunately my friends husband came down with a critical illness and we had to cancel. We have not seen a more rude, scathing reply from this establishment! I think it was uncalled for, unprofessional, and will certainly NOT reschedule at this hotel! We feel...

We were welcomed warmly by the owner and had a great room! It was in a great spot in Orvieto and we loved it! It was very clean and came with breakfast included at the bar next door! HIGHLY Recommend this place! You won't be sorry - has AC and WIFI!
