We stayed 3 days in this lovely place. The hotel is fabulous and offers spectacular sunset view - oceanfront and an amazing pool! Still a great place to enjoy the local cuisine, we simply loved it! Thank you also for the friendly staff. A perfect place to recharge your batteries!

From our arrival through to our check out, we were attended by the friendly staff in this beautiful gem of a hotel. Our Exclusive room was of ample size, in spotless condition and the large terrace a perfect place to watch the most beautiful sunsets over the ocean in front of us, whilst enjoying an aperitivo. Our room was cleaned to a very high standard each day. A delicious breakfast was served in the dining room, again with a beautiful view over the sea, with a good variety of everything, including sumptuous fresh baked bread, cornetti and cakes! The hotel's large infinity pool was a real bonus, together with the private and serviced beach a flight of stairs below the hotel. Within walking distance to the town centre, as well as the port and access to parts of the national park on the doorstep. Definitely and hotel to recommend and come back to.

Spectacular views of the beach and rock formations from our private beachfront patio. Large room and great breakfast at the adjoining restaurant overlooking the beachfront sunrise. Quiet restful stop. Favorite visit in Italy!

We stayed here at the end of a 3 week trip for 3 nights. We found this area of Italy on Google Earth, looking for a beach area that wasn't crowded. This hotel did not disappoint! We stayed in mid May, and it was shoulder season with very few guests at the hotel. We had booked one of the Exclusive rooms which had a beautiful terrace, along with a door from the shower outside. The staff was so nice! They helped us book blue grotto tour, as well as driver to get our Covid Testing before flying back to US. The pool and deck were so amazing, and we literally had to ourselves or with just a few other guests at any time. We had authentic pizza at Molly's Pub in town as recommended by the front desk...super yummy. We went twice during our stay. Breakfast was delicious. I love that they serve Prosecco too! Bartender Maurizzio and Restaurant Manager Domenic always provided great service! They were getting ready for summer season, so chairs not on the beach, but we were still able to head out for a couple ocean swims during our stay. We will definitely be back to this paradise in southern Italy.

Me and my wife came across the hotel by coincidence. We stopped by the reception to inquire on the hotel. We were received by very friendly and qualified staff, were given a glimpse of the premises and immediately fell for it! Our room was beautiful with a stunning view of the bay and the sun set. The weather was great so we enjoyed the pool area and the stunning swimming pool with excellent cocktails. Dinner and breakfast excellent and the staff perfect!

Beautifully appointed room, great view from the terrace, nice hike along well marked trails at the peninsula. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, service impeccable. Short walk to the Main Street in town with several restaurants and gellaterias.

This hotel turned out to be a nice surprise. I really wasn’t sure what to expect. As we drove into town I was somewhat disappointed because the town did not seem to have much appeal. We saw the hotel and its large parking lot and I started to feel better. We checked in and the room assigned to us was okay, but we opted for something a bit larger. The first room was fine, and pretty typical of all the rooms. All the rooms face the sea. And all have a view and many if not most, a little terrace you can walk out on to. We opted for a larger room and I believe it may be the only one of it’s type. The room was larger and the terrace also larger AND completely private. Room 220. If your budget will allow - go for it. I believe it was 40 Euro a night more. The hotel feels like a resort hotel. It is built into the hillside with a lovely pool. You could also opt to walk down the stairs on the hillside (maybe they have an elevator?) to the rocky beach. Not a sandy beach. But if you are there in summer they offer beach lounges and umbrellas and you do not have to pay extra. Not a great beach for swimming, but if you are a strong swimmer there is a little pier you can walk out onto and enter the water from there. The service here is excellent. Nice bathrooms and towels changed daily. One of the best breakfasts we have had. All the usual baked goods, plus fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order. The staff throughout the dining room and hotel is excellent. Attentive and friendly. The rooms included safes, and mini refrigerators. The hotel also has a small gym for working out and at spa with many treatments offered (with appointment and additional cost). The hotel has a nice bar and bar/lunch service available poolside. There is also a concierge who can help you book tours (like a boat ride to the Blue Grotto which I recommend). The hotel is in the middle of town so you can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. Parking is free and easy. Highly recommend this hotel

I was a guest of the Grand hotel San Pietro the last week of August during the holidays with my family in Cilento and it was a pleasant discovery. First of all, the first thing that struck me was the structure of the hotel, in fact the reception floor is located on top of a promontory overlooking the sea and to reach each floor with the respective room you have to go down instead of going up. Furthermore, the welcome was spectacular, the staff is helpful and friendly and the lifeguards are always ready to help you. Last, but not least, the swimming pool is spectacular, it is filled with sea water and on one side is made up of a glass barrier that protrudes over the sea giving a breathtaking view. In conclusion, I think it is one of the best hotels in existence, I recommend you to pass in the area and to stay at least one night and then you will understand the reason for this wonderful opinion.
