The structure is beautiful, the apartment was a two-room apartment with a double bedroom and a living room with sofa and pull-out bed. The sea view is spectacular, there is the possibility of private parking for a small fee. The bathroom was completely renovated, while the rest of the apartment is very dated. A real shame to get lost in small details, with a small investment it could become a gem. There is no air conditioning, but there are very noisy and rusty ceiling fans, even rust on the refrigerator. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

We were two families, 5 adults and a little girl, they placed us in a two-room apartment with a bedroom and a living room, kitchen with sofa bed, only one wardrobe, there are no air conditioners but 70s ceiling fans and much less mosquito nets, we we asked if we could change apartment but we were told in spades, we left the next day also losing the deposit of €1,000.00

Structure gives modernization
There is no air conditioning, in the bedroom there is a sort of window overlooking the corridor and therefore it is particularly noisy, the bathroom lacks the bidet, the room tends to be unclean and the old furniture

No assolutamente. Si concorda la tariffa convenzionata ma mi sembra che si pagava alla fine o ogni sera
Le tv sono a Led. Dotate anche di impianto Sky Hotel.
Sono stato nel bilocale vista mare a luglio 2017 e devo dire che la vista è spettacolare. Non si può dire lo stesso del bilocale, che è vecchio sia negli arredi che nei sanitari negli infissi, la ringhiera del balcone è arrugginita quindi meglio non far uscire fuori i bambini, purtroppo non c'è cura per la manutenzione ordinaria. È un residence che ha grandi potenzialità sopratutto per la posizione strategica in paese, ma bisognerebbe migliorare gli appartamenti. La pulizia può andare.
