Wonderful time here! Every single member on this team was very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. This was my second visit to Positano. I reserved the junior suite. The room was amazing. Plenty of space, large bathroom, extra large balcony. Very nice living room. The minibar was complimentary. The view was gorgeous overlooking the sea and the mountain. Five stars! But it was the excellent service that made our stay so special. From check in to check out we were treated like royalty. A special thank you to Tony the unbelievably great host at breakfast. Tony, grazie, you are the consummate host!! Thank you. Jim and Maria.

We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and it was INCREDIBLE. My husband & I agree that it was worth it every penny. We received a bottle of champagne on arrival and The staff was so beyond friendly and helpful every step of the way. Mario the bartender & Tony at breakfast were two of our favorite’s but everyone we interacted with was a true class act. Absolutely go to the olive oil tasting with Luigi! Our room was stunning and of course had perfect views. The cleaning staff did both morning and turn downs every night and did a great job. Make sure to enjoy sunset cocktails at the bar! The property is higher up than some others, meaning more stairs! Wasn’t an issue for us and made it a bit quieter (and better views) but others may not want to be quite so high up. 10000/10- we will be back!…

This hotel is filled with staff that want to make your stay trouble free. They truly bend over backwards to help. From Mario at the reception desk, the bellman who takes your luggage to the room, housekeeping and Tony and Chris in the restaurant at breakfast and lunch. The terrace bar staff was very attentive to the guests as well. The hotel also provided currency conversion at reasonable rates. Would most definitely return here and recommend to friends and family.

Excellent service from top to bottom. Fantastic views and extremely clean and tidy hotel! Staff were very friendly and very welcoming. Worth every penny! You will not be disappointed… breakfast was the best we have ever had. Cannot fault our trip to Positano one bit asides from the weather the best holiday my wife and I have had. Lovely place with beautiful, comfortable rooms. The location is spectacular, with views looking over beautiful Positano. We had two rooms, and both had a lovely balcony with incredible views. The staff were polite, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is in the main town, so very easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was rather poor, especially considering the room prices.

Our stay at the Eden Roc was the highlight of our trip. The Pizza at Roc was the best we've ever had. All of the staff are incredible. As a bonus, breakfast with Tony was probably the best part of our day.

Outstanding!! We stayed in the new Bella Vista Apartments, the room was absolutely beautiful overlooking the Mediterranean. Shower is super small but the rooms a nice size and breathtaking views from the bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful patio with a Jacuzzi. My only feedback about the patio is the brick wall. When you’re sitting in the actual lounge chairs, or in the Jacuzzi, you can’t see over the brick wall to look at the incredible view of the water. Also would like to note that you are on the main road so if somebody’s walking down the street, they can look right on the patio and into the Jacuzzi, so its not private at all. You also hear a lot of the noise from the cars on the street. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, but Tony was the star of the show. He made us feel like pampered Hollywood stars… Christian was also fantastic. I am still craving the fresh Orange Juice. We ate at Adam & Eve for dinner one night. Unfortunately we felt that the food was subpar at best and extremely overpriced ($25 for a very basic caprese salad) The waiter was pushy and we felt very dissapointed in the experience. We also ate at Roc their new steak and pizza restaurant. THIS was incredible! Staff was attentive but not pushy… made great recommendations for wine and steak. The food was the best we had in all of Positano. We will be dreaming of this dinner in the months to come. It was perfection. I would highly recommend staying at the Eden Roc - as an avid traveler I can give this an honest 5 star review. Simply amazing.…
