We stayed at Hotel Savoia for 5 nights, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!! Our room was spacious and lovely and came with everything we needed. The different tiles were so charming! The location is perfect in Positano, beautiful views and right in the middle of town. A 5 minute walk to the beach without many stairs! What really stood out to me among all else was the perfect hospitality and service from the staff. Eleanora, Giada, Guisy, and Ana just to name a few! But all the women working there were so fun and remembered our names every day. They were all so kind and helped us with every question and request. We will miss Hotel Savoia so much and will definitely be back to stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Positano.
I stayed at Hotel Savoia for over a week and just returned. This hotel was absolute perfection from the ambiance, rooms, service, cleanliness, breakfast, location and stunning views of Positano from my room. My mom and I would sit on our terrace in the morning and night and sip wine and take in the amazing view of Positano. The breakfast each morning was so good, especially the coffee and croissants! The staff went above and beyond anytime j had a question about anything during my stay. The rooms were very clean - never had an issues. You cannot ask for a better location - right in the heart of Positano just a few walking minutes from the beach, shopping and restaurants. I did happen to leave my phone in the room on my day of departure and received an email from the hotel that it was found by the cleaners before even letting them know I was missing it. They shipped it to me in less than 24 hours. I will definitely be back to beautiful Positano and would not stay anywhere from else and will recommend this hotel to my travel instagram followers as well! I am very picky about where I stay and travel often and this hotel really went above and beyond my expectations!…
I absolutely loved this hotel! Worth every penny. The room itself was perfect, bed was comfortable and the sheets were great quality and changed daily. The hotel itself is so charming, just beautiful. The bathroom was sooooo spacious and the shower pressure was good too. I can’t say enough about the breakfast. Not a huge selection but the quality of all the offerings was so good…and delicious. Coffee was delicious. I would definitely stay there again. Great experience, was very comforting. P.S: Positano is beautiful but you definitely need to be fit to enjoy it all, lots of walking & stairs. Not a place for a stroller at all.
Hotel double charged me for city tax and won’t refund me. The room smelled like RAW SEWAGE and the very best they could do for me was have the cleaning lady spray it with a disgusting floral spray. I seriously paid $800+ for this room and it smelled like feces my entire stay. Also bed was tiny (twin size) and verrrrrrrrrrrry uncomfortable.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Savoia for our honeymoon. I'll start off by saying I did weeks of research about which hotel to stay in, and something kept drawing me back to the Savoia. I'm so glad I did -- we booked the Junior Suite for 5 nights and we LOVED our stay. The rooms are clean, we had an incredible view, and the hotel is in the best location, right in the center of town, steps away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast -- usually, complimentary breakfasts especially in Europe consist of some pastries and fruit, but this one came with eggs, bacon, yoghurts, cereal, with the opportunity to order waffles or pancakes for like 7 euro more. The staff was attentive and nice and was there to answer any question we had. The only thing I'll say is that this might not be the best hotel for those people who are sensitive to noise or light sleepers -- because it's in the middle of town, where cars do pass by, it's pretty noisy at night, and the walls are thin that we heard people walking above us all the time. Stay here, don't hesitate to book!…
What an amazing family run hotel! We were a family of 12 people and they did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was actually one of the most delicious, from bakery to fruits it wasn’t the widest collection but definitely the most delicious. I would highly recommend the rooms with the jacuzzi. My family thoroughly enjoyed it.
This hotel had beautiful, clean rooms; friendly and helpful staff; delicious breakfasts; and a superb location. The views of Positano were exception, and the location offers an easy walk to town. Highly recommend - we will be back.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Savoia and absolutely loved by stay - the room was super clean, beach towels were provided, and Ludovica, Ylenia and Giusy were extremely helpful in providing good recommendations and booking activities/restaurants etc. Thank you to the HS staff for a wonderful week.
I had seen and heard good things about this hotel and restaurant, so whilst staying in Sorrento, my daughter and I decided to go to Positano for the afternoon and to have dinner in the restaurant d'aiello. We did not have a reservation but the member of staff on the reception desk directed us upstairs to the bar. We were greeted by the head waiter who took us to a table outside on the balcony as we were too early for dinner. The view is amazing, and offers a stunning panorama of Positano. The food was amazing, I was recommended the fresh fish of the day and it didn't disappoint. It was a work of art. My daughter had the ragu which she described as the best she had the whole week we were on holiday. This restaurant is pure class from the amazing vibrant tiles on the floor, the wonderful food and the fantastic service we received from the restaurant staff. We would not hesitate to dine here again and if I were to stay in Positano this hotel is perfectly situated so would definitely be an option for accommodation.…
Initially, I did not have high expectations as we booked this hotel last minute. From the time of booking till the day of checkout I received the best service from their staff. I was extremely surprised at the price of this hotel as the location is probably one of the best in Positano. It's walking distance to the beach (5 min), many bus stops outside, and close to many great restaurants (Bruno). The staff here are honestly so sweet and made our stay more pleasant. Views from the room are INSANE. Taxis were arranged for our dinners and everything about this hotel was fantastic.
