Breakfast or Fastbreak, it is a old town hotel and the stuf are all warmbloaded and helpful, this is why I gave 'one' point. They served a very poor breakfast and also different standards. Unfortunately i dont recommend this hotel any one. just use it if dont have more alternative
The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the center by car and it has a free parking space just in front of it. The room is fine although it needs some renovation. We had also a very nice and big terrace. Blind curtains work very well. We loved the fact there is a smart TV so we could use Netflix. We noticed that we missed shampoo and shower gel but as soon as we asked they brought them. They advised us nice restaurants. The bed was very small for 2 persons and that was not the best one to sleep in although it was comfortable.
We chose this hotel for business. The rooms are large and both dinner and breakfast amazed us with the quality of the products offered. The only drawback: the cleanliness, which could be improved. All in all hotel 3 points, but restaurant 4. We will try to go for a second chance.
The worst staff I ever came across. Who gave them this rating? Firstly, teach them how to talk to customers. We are paying to enjoy and not to crib. Total waste of money. The food quality is very bad as well.
Lousy hotel and worse service. The power tripped and we were blamed for it because we charge our mobile phones!! Imagine that! Then the room door cannot open for us to enter and they had to use manual key to unlock the door. The beam at the cupboard fell and nearly hit my room mate's head when the power tripped. Service was appalling!
Stayed here for 3 nights on BnB basis, rooms clean, bed very comfortable, akin to Premier Inn, good size etc. adequate bathroom etc. Breakfast leaves something to be desired... Cold fried eggs on a cold plate, cold omelette on a cold plate. Boiled eggs a plenty. Good selection of cold meats and small rolls, yogurts in fridge are supermarket specials...not a recommendation just an observation. Coffee is 'served' without a smile also. Toaster was a real laugh... put it on as soon as you arrive, wait 10 mins for it heat up and hope staff don't turn off (which they had a tendency to do) before you put your bread in. As a base to explore OK, as a place to stay for a romantic occasion FORGET IT
Spending a night here with a friend of mine. The air-conditioning in our room was not working so we called the front desk for help. The guy at the front desk who answered our call mentioned something (in Italian accent I believed) and the last word we heard from him was "OK" but nobody attended to our problem after that. Our room was only provided with one bath towel. We have to go all the way down to the front desk to request for another bath towel. The staff just gave us two hand towels without saying a word and when we confronted her, she told us that they have no more bath towels. Can you imagine that a reputable hotel without enough bath towels? There was also no free wifi provided and you gotta pay for it.
Business hotel. Located in an industrial area, but quiet area. Our room in 2nd floor was nice and clean all over. Lift. Nice parking facilities. We arrived late evening and reception would not give us cheapest price mentioned at booking.com. We choose to book at reception, but felt a bit disappointed. Breakfast buffet was filled with everything we wanted. Very good. Nice garden.
I went there just a few weeks ago, and the temperature was cold. I love the floor heater. Especially on the bathroom. Because other hotel I went don't have any. So it's very helpful to keep me warm ( I couldn't stand cold).
