Resort with very nice structure (rooms and annexes), it seems to have been recently renovated. Old style swimming pool to be reviewed and redone according to the standards of 2.0 resort swimming pools, the present one with a dirty edge and steel ladders to enter; does its job but not worthy of a resort that has the beach 10 minutes away by shuttle. Services connected to the swimming pool that cannot be classified in the minimum quality of a resort: non-existent table service and/or umbrella... do you want to drink? You get up and go to the bar window to order and bring the drinks to the table/umbrella. Abundant but cheap breakfast completely buffet style except for coffee; no particular preparation possible in the morning (including eggs..). Dinner is offered on a beautiful terrace but alas the choice is the quality of the offer including the beverage which is not appropriate for a resort. Very friendly and helpful staff everywhere, very careful cleaning, decent rooms with nice furnishings. Nice paid beach with good service and a good restaurant always managed by the resort... I don't understand why on the beach the restaurant deserves praise for the offer offered and in the evening in the resort it doesn't... bah mysteries of faith. 18+9 hole golf course 4 minutes walk from reception but total absence of services connecting the resort and golf (carts to get around). Excellent golf course and services, course unfortunately ruined by drought, wild boars etc etc... but valid and fun for a good festive game. Conclusion: resort that I will consider for borderline periods and that is only golf, no sea and dinners (as later done) in the area outside the resort.

Beautiful structure but many flaws. In March we book our stay for the month of July convinced that we will be able to take advantage of the wonderful beach, as shown on the website.
We arrive at the facility and discover that the facility had recently been renovated and that of the two swimming pools, only one was available and above all the wonderful beach (shown on the site) would reopen a week after our departure.
Renovation/maintenance works are legal and acceptable as long as customers are notified in due time, therefore before their arrival, of the services not offered during their stay; to also give them the possibility to choose whether to go or book elsewhere.
They tell us that they have a beach that they are supporting for their customers but since they didn't have anything gluten-free to sell me for lunch I only went once. (And I'm not talking about appetizers, first and second courses or even a magnum type ice cream)
On the first day at the hotel we go to have breakfast, go back to the room, take a shower and leave at 10.30 leaving the "please clean the room" sign hanging on the door.
We return at 2.00 pm and notice that the cleaning lady had entered, removed the tag from the door and left it on the desk and moved the television but the room had not been cleaned. We inform the reception, they apologize and immediately send the cleaning lady to clean it.
Second day, during lunch in the restaurant adjacent to the swimming pool, a waiter, Mr Matteo, began to have a surly attitude against his colleagues in front of all the customers. If the embarrassing situation he placed customers in wasn't bad enough, with some of them he willfully badmouthed his colleagues who were doing their jobs with dignity and correctly.
The food in the restaurant next to the pool is so-so despite the high prices (Caprese salad €19) as well as the breakfast which leaves something to be desired.
The structure has a lot to offer because it is very beautiful and relaxing as it is surrounded by greenery but if they had communicated to me beforehand about the temporary changes I would have preferred to book in another structure that offers the services actually shown on its website.

We stayed in this hotel for three nights, decided below any expectations. It sells very well in advertising, we discovered it by chance last summer, through their private beach, quiet and very private, so we wanted to try the resort. 4 stars but to be reviewed. There is no internal Spa and there is no possibility of having treatments, unless by reservation, they call external ones at crazy prices! Far and inconvenient to reach, inconvenient shuttle service and by reservation only. The swimming pool is nice, sunbeds with very comfortable kitchenettes, these allowed us to have a great sleep and relax by the pool, after a day at the beach, surrounded by greenery and large plants, leather! Everything A little old fashioned, complex, definitely worth seeing again. Poor bar service, slow and confused, very kind and attentive lifeguards. Reception rating zero, not up to 4 stars, we're not quite there! Both upon arrival and upon departure we found the quality to be really low. At the end of the stay, after having spent more than 400 euros for 3 nights, they realized that they had made a mistake in our bill, asking us for an additional 30 cents in currency, which in my opinion was unacceptable! We asked for a coffee before departure, we had a flight at 08.00 in the morning and they didn't give us the opportunity to drink it, not even in self-service mode, we left really unhappy! Cleanliness of the room, basic, nothing exceptional, they also forgot to replace our shampoo and shower gel, leaving one open on the sink. Poor maintenance of the greenery, everything burned by the sun and little greenery. The interiors are beautiful even if it felt like being in a slightly over-furnished sofa & sofa shop! We were not 100% satisfied and will not return. Absolutely not a 4 star resort! There are many things missing and others to fix!

Well where do we start! We went to apparently the 5 star restaurant this evening. Five people. We had warm Rose wine served at 65 euro per bottle. The appetiser we sent back to the restaurant. The main course was an absolute disgrace. I have in the past had meals served like this possibly when I was at university but to be honest with you even those were better. The people are a shambles and I strongly urge each and every family who reads this to book somewhere else as you will be massively disappointed

I would advise people not to take half board. The food and service is awful. I would advise to hire a car. There are no suitable options for dining in the area. I would advise taking a beach towel of your own. The beach club charges 60€ a day for 2 sun loungers. I would definitely check the conditions of the golf course. We were charged full price for playing on an unplayable course. There as no grass on the fairways and corrugated “grass “ on the greens. All in all probably the worst holiday we’ve ever had. The attitude of many of the managers and of the pompous deputy maitre ‘d was totally unacceptable.

Dear Guest, As noted in your booking, our hotel is situated in a panoramic location, just 5 km from the center of Pula and near some of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia, including our exclusive Beach Club, accessible by our shuttle service. Our food and service are generally highly rated, as reflected in the reviews from other guests. We are sorry that they did not meet your expectations, despite the efforts of our staff and the General Manager to ensure you had the best possible holiday experience. Regarding the golf course, unfortunately, it has not rained in this part of Sardinia since September of last year, and our water reserves are nearly depleted. Since last winter, we have implemented a water conservation plan, which has allowed us to preserve the greens and tee areas. We had a wonderful experience at Is Molas Resort! Every staff member we encountered, from the check- in to the pool staff were hospitable, delightful and eager to provide high quality service and make our stay special! Thank you! The atmosphere was amazing! IThe food, both at the pool bar and the main restaurant was exceptional. I am still dreaming of the risotto and maiale I had there :-) I will for sure recommend Is Molas Resort to my friends and colleagues!

We stayed in various hotels in Sardinia for a long time. A week before we arrived, we wanted to ask Is Molas if we could check in earlier. The answer was that we could not travel due to renovation work and that we would be given a replacement hotel. Unfortunately, none of the alternatives offered were satisfactory. They then wanted our bank account number so that they could pay back the deposit. We then had to book a much more expensive hotel at short notice. All of our requests for cost sharing from Resort Is Molas were answered negatively. We did not even receive a response to contacting the European Consumer Centre.
In short - definitely never again. I understand if renovation work is not completed on time. But the way the damage caused to us as customers was then dealt with is simply abysmal.

Pension very friendly for a couple, or with friends for a "quiet and soothing" time. We stayed there for 5 days, the Inn is renovated, it is beautiful, in the middle of nature, the service is great (special mention for David the waitress of the restaurant really adorable, smiling, welcoming). Food: nothing to say, really good food / salads. Inn clean. And for late bunks or early risers, they will have the chance to meet deer or deer walking around the Pension! Useful information: the evening menu Award 60€, lunch restaurant hours 12:30, dinner 8:30. Car needed because Pension “off-center” in nature (Pula, Chia, remain come anyway by car!) We recommend anyway!

If you are looking for a place to relax, this property is ideal. It is immersed in nature where deer and fawns stroll peacefully. The rooms are spotless, welcoming and very large (mine had two walk-in closets). I recommend having dinner at this hotel. The cuisine is excellent with quality products. For lunch, however, it is possible to have lunch next to the swimming pool with first courses, second courses and excellent and abundant salads. The beach with equipped lido has super comfortable sunbeds and an excellent restaurant on the beach. Only at breakfast, even if it varies, there is a lack, in my opinion, of local products. It would be nice if there were also a spa, however it is possible to have massages. Excellent quality-price relation. Too bad we only stayed a few days. I hope to be able to return.
