This is the perfect hotel for those who prefer a peaceful, relaxing location. The spotlessly clean rooms are set in and around beautifully kept gardens with an abundance of colourful flowers and shrubs. There is no traffic noise as the gardens lead to an immaculate pool area then straight onto the beautiful sandy bay, where the hotel has it’s own private beach area. What makes this place extra special and sets it apart is the staff who have the perfect balance of being friendly and professional, many of whom have worked there for years. The local town of Pula is a 20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car where there is an array of shops and restaurants plus a weekly market. Additionally, in our opinion the hotel offers outstanding value for money. The food - both at breakfast ( Buffet with an abundance of choice) lunch - either waiter service in the restaurant or light meals in the bar and waiter service dinner all offer an excellent choice. Finally, on arrival the reception/front of house greeting is exceptional and continues to be so throughout the stay. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as are all the staff!

Holiday nothing short of wonderful... we were pampered by everyone, always clean room (a heartfelt thanks to the cleaning ladies) Andrea of the pool bar always available, smiling and efficient, alexia of the central bar wonderful ❤️, the maitres and waiters available, empathetic, professional, elegant... The top the kitchen, never anything out of place, a thank you to the gardeners who make everything wonderfully harmonious, thanks to the lifeguards of the pool which is always clean (I just say that at least twice a day they clean the inside edges of the pool x avoid the stagnation of oils and tanning creams), thanks to the courtesy, education and helpfulness of the staff who are on the beach (unfortunately I do not remember the names). Thanks to the driver x the laughter in the car.I sincerely hope to be back next year
The only negative flaw the masseuse... sorry but it's an experience that I will not do again.

Spacious room, nice bedding, private terrace!

Pool with bar and private beach, provision of towels. Always room.

Possibility to change half board into a buffet at noon or served at the table, in the evening, according to your choice. The dishes are very regularly recharged to avoid waste.

Very smiling staff, well maintained establishment.

Do it again!

The sea is beautiful. The exterior of the structure was well cared for and the room was ok.
The big disappointment of this trip was the food. The hotel offered little choice in the salad and dessert buffet. It was a repetitive and anonymous buffet in taste. Some meals that were served were really bad.
The hotel is AIC certified and I, as a celiac, chose it to spend a peaceful holiday regarding the gluten-free diet. From the first evening I was anything but calm... I was mistakenly served several meals with gluten (e.g. battered vegetables, croissants), which fortunately I didn't eat. The hotel staff is poorly informed about celiac disease. I was not looked after at all by the maitre d', who, when faced with my complaint, was not very friendly.
I wouldn't go back.

The hotel is beautifully landscaped with many flowers and palm trees, very well maintained wonderful to look at. Rooms are rather small and especially the shower is tiny. Unfortunately you hear quite a lot from the neighbors and when the toilet flush is operated on the ground floor, you have the feeling the ceiling is coming down. However, beds are very comfortable and air conditioning is available. Unfortunately no possibility to hang up the wet swimsuits and hanging over the bushes at night was unfortunately not a good idea, as the sprinklers go off in the morning and thus everything gets soaking wet again.
Super nice beach with insanely clear water, almost like in the Caribbean. Sunbed and umbrella on the hotel's own beach for free including towel. Unfortunately, not all guests are treated equally, which is also noticeable in the distribution of the beach chairs. Some always have the same loungers and they are even provided with the towel and we had different loungers every day mostly in the second or third row and we had to point out every time that we would like a towel as well.
Positive was the pool there are three pools which are very nicely angled and so there is something for everyone. No run in the morning at 6.00am to occupy the loungers, there were practically always free loungers. Some towels that only served as placeholders were also taken away.
For food; breakfast buffet was fine, certainly gives better equipped buffets, but you could fill up. However, a little more variety would be desirable. Since we had half board, we skipped lunch, which was a challenge that would not be possible without intermediate catering at the snack bar or with fruit, as dinner is only possible at 8pm. This takes a lot of getting used to and limits.
The food also takes some getting used to. There is a choice of 3 dishes each. Start with salad from the buffet, which is very modest and was the same every evening. Then starter and main course, portion sizes, like in the gourmet restaurant and often very special and not always our taste, despite the choice. Would have been nice to get pizza or real pasta. Dessert from the touted rich buffet, unfortunately, was anything but rich, not to say disappointing, also because certain people already pick up at the salad, took the dessert with them and it accordingly mostly had no fruit.
Positive to mention here is the nice waitress who was very friendly and funny and this to everyone. Unfortunately, as already mentioned, this was not the case for everyone. There was strong preference for individual guests who had special rights and who received additional benefits.
All in all, however, you still have to say the facility is super nice, the beach top and the holidays relaxing.

Very nice and well-kept structure, especially the garden. Well maintained beach with daily towel service and very nice and sheltered sea. It has no jet ski rental service or pedalo/sup. Quite spacious rooms (deluxe), we recommend the Fontana view, bathrooms with small shower. Restaurant staff friendly but unprofessional. Improved food quality both breakfast and lunch dinner. We recommend renting a car to reach the center of Pula or the neighboring beaches. We recommend booking the boat tour, departing about an hour by car from the hotel, and the horseback ride at the beach of Chia.

We chose the structure for the fantastic photos of the beach in front of the structure proposed by the site, willing to pay "a little more" to have the convenience of the beautiful beach, without having to take the car. Unfortunately the photos are completely retouched and artefacts, the sand is white / clear as the one in the picture and the space between one umbrella and the other really nonexistent... Well-kept garden and with many beautiful flowers, to eliminate the fake ones, especially in the restaurant area, disfigure and nn are aligned to a four star. Restaurant good for dishes served at the table, contrary to the proposed breakfast and lunch buffet to be improved both in quantity and quality. The rooms to review, old furniture and contained bathroom spaces. Sore and absurd note, worthy of a few more lines of comment... the lack of the DRYER! Now it is true that aesthetically a drying rack is not the best but it is still a structure aimed at the sea! So it goes without saying that the costumes get wet and have to be dried in the sun... and nn on towel warmers inside the bathrooms (it was proposed as a solution to the drying rack, banned from the direction... absurd). Is it aesthetically more beautiful to see costumes scattered everywhere on chairs in front of the rooms looking for a meager foothold ...? Bah! Concept of aesthetics that deserves more reflection. Very kind staff who perhaps know well the demanding clientele of an expensive four star hotel and really bend over backwards to look for the best solution. Luca, the lifeguard, thanks for the first row of umbrella (which we all look for...) Francesca, an engaging animator who remains in your heart, establishes a special relationship with children. (Too bad she is alone to manage children from 3 to 10 years...) The waiting staff in the person of Fabio fantastic and super helpful. The room managers maybe an extra smile would be fine... And finally the legendary bocce court, does anyone use it? Here in closing a nice Recommendation, ELIMINATE IT only serves to trip up children! In its place "free" armchairs that nn force to use the bar service and some tall trees. Strengthen and vary the shows in the evening that with more space available... will perform better. Unfortunately I do not think we will choose this structure too expensive in relation to the quality offered but it would be nice to see that over the years you modify the site photos and leave the customer satisfied for what he has really seen and purchased remotely. Structure currently nn recommended for families perhaps suitable for an âgé audience.

Beautiful place with lots of greenery around, we stayed for 2 weeks in the triple comfort room and I must say that the fact of having to go up and down the stairs every time to reach your room is not comfortable and safe especially at night (you would risk tripping especially in the presence of children). Other than that the rooms were clean and tidy. The real problem comes now. Cuisine definitely below the expectations of a 4 star hotel, overcooked pasta and very little choice. Room staff not very professional. Compared to other 4 star hotels I couldn't consider this one. Very nice beach service and staff, even if from the photos on the hotel website, the beach appeared much wider than in reality. On the beach there is no kiosk to get even just a bottle of water, you have to go inside the hotel, no music to entertain guests (except for the swimming pool where they play songs repetitively). Hotel designed purely for gentlemen of a certain age, absolutely not for young people, who absolutely cannot do anything because they are not equipped. I am not at all satisfied, the hotel has excellent potential, but it is not even 50% exploited. For the money you spend, it's not worth it at all. I will never go back there again.

The hotel, although in its original state, remains clean. The staff is generally friendly and attentive. The common areas are well maintained and the garden is magnificent, with a multitude of flowers, olive trees, etc.
The hotel is located 20-25 minutes walk from the city center of Pula where you can find good restaurants and a supermarket, among others.

The two problems for me would be the food and the services of the (private) beach.

We took the half-board option. Breakfast is OK but dinner (which you have to choose the same morning) is not great. At best, it's at the level of a decent canteen... As I said above, the staff is top notch, but in the restaurant, it's another story... They very quickly get lost and overwhelmed (we had to clear our table ourselves several times, we forgot a few orders too) and there are even some to whom we want to say sorry for existing…

The other point: for a hotel of this standard, I find it extremely abusive to charge for deck chairs!!! Chairs that you can sit in are included, but if you want to be able to lie down and sunbathe, you have to pay. This, truly, has never been seen before!!

But overall we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

I stayed at this property with my husband and our one-year-old and we were super satisfied. Great welcome, friendly staff from the meitre, the waiters, reception, entertainment, all polite, kind and helpful, which is not always obvious. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, extremely well-kept, many flowers. You are totally immersed in nature. The rooms are clean and soundproofed. Beautiful sea and swimming pool with bar in the beautiful water. We had half board, great quality breakfast and with lots of choice, even dinner of excellent quality, with great variety. Food at the buffet was continuously loaded every time it ran out. As a suggestion: being a location very frequented by families you could put swings and other rides for children so as to entertain them a bit, and in the evening entertainment propose activities that also involve guests in addition to live music. Overall absolutely recommended.

We have just returned from Hotel Baia Di Nora which is an excellent hotel. We were charged 6 euros per day for a sunbed on the beach which we considered reasonably. You are provided with a sunshade and reclining deck chairs included in hotel cost.
