We stayed in this wonderful chalet from 15 to 18 August 2023. Giulia and all her staff satisfied all our needs, they also kindly allowed us to put our shopping in their fridge and also gave us some information on places to visit. The place is very beautiful, the rooms are spacious, clean, and welcoming and have a spectacular view of the mountain. The breakfast is plentiful, varied with many types of desserts. It was a great experience to definitely repeat. Heartfelt thanks to Giulia and the staff in the dining room. Laura

The structure is very beautiful. A real mountain chalet with lots of wood and attention to detail in the furnishings. The rooms, although small, are equipped with everything you need so you can stay comfortably. The lack of minibar is made up for with a complimentary bottle of water and local honey. The only "flaw", for which I don't feel like giving my best, is the catering. Better than others, but with a little effort more could be done. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Note of merit to the Ski room, very organized and functional, with the possibility of ski rental too

The place is really characteristic, it's not every day that you sleep directly on the ski slopes.
The staff are all very kind, from the maids on the floors to the guys in the dining room.
Very abundant breakfast, the only advice would be to start it at 07:00 as many people start skiing early.
The dinner is always satisfying with a wine list that is more than adequate for the place where we are.
The ski equipment rental directly inside the refuge is also very convenient.
See you soon!

It is absolutely the best hotel for its location Direct access to the slopes and rental equipmentFantastic. However for those who do not ski is to avoid .There is, in fact, a living room where to be quiet if not the camera.A lunch works as a diner open to all, with a general confusion, noisy children of the various ski schools and no area, even small, reserved for paying guests so you have to find a place in the most absolute casciara.... if you find it.The staff is kind and does what can.The owner is a polite person willing to accept the critical issues that never want to be deleterious but constructive. It is made available to all.Same thing for the staff servizio.Camera pretty, not large but spotless and functional.
Food for dinner good, at the diner always the same every day
At the reception courteous in the person of the owner's daughter while the male staff unhelpful and not attentive to the needs of the guests... I asked for a support room for ten minutes... I was not well .. he sensed my problems but put me on everyone's sedan with very serious discomfort on my part .. . I want to emphasize that in other hotels, such as PS that opposite, the owner Filippo, in the face of a malaise of my son did everything to meet me by giving me support to his private room.
I hope that, as the owner assured me, negative things will be improved.

Unpleasant stop in the most inhospitable cabin of the Altosangro. Decadent structure, practically inaccessible without skis, located on top of a dangerous uphill road that is not cleaned. I do not dwell on how unjustifiably expensive a break in this cabin is but the rudeness of the staff is intolerable. Soup kitchen management (there is no table service, discount food and drink offer) you eat in the plastic tray and pay as in a high-end restaurant. One of the worst managed and poorly maintained places in the entire area.

We had a really good time. We felt welcomed into the family. Clean, fresh, very kind owners! We will definitely be back! The only flaw? We took the room with the balcony, but it was very small (having a little girl could have used a little extra space). Otherwise everything perfect!

Hotel to be recommended for those who do not want to stay in the center of Roccaraso and want to enjoy the nature and silence of the mountains just 5 minutes from the city. Average breakfast and classic refuge furnishings.
The cleaning service needs to be carefully reviewed - we found a lot of dust under the bed and with small children, this is unforgivable. Furthermore, in the afternoon we wanted to sleep and at 4.00 pm the maids were still on the floors continually slamming the office door, not making sure to be as quiet as possible so as not to disturb those who pay their salaries, i.e. the guests!
Incorrect value for money

Cozy hotel directly on the slopes, with internal ski service. Typically mountain furniture, small but comfortable room, although without minibar. Excellent breakfast and dinner with 3 menu choices. Very friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness.
We really enjoyed the opportunity to leave your luggage in custody and be able to ski all morning on the day of check out.
Only flaw the excessive heat in the room.

Hotel practically on the ski slopes, but having gone in the summer I expected a different attention for "summer" tourists; there were still Christmas decorations.
Overall nice structure, small but basic double room. Good cleaning. Great breakfast, many sweet and good. High price.

We only stayed for one night. We had a very good time, especially due to the courtesy of all the staff. We asked to be able to check out late and, very kindly, they granted it to us without making us pay the supplement even though it was the hotel. full.

Sinceramente non ricordo, ma credo di aver visto dei cani, magari mandate una e-mail alla struttura.
