Detailed Reviews
The staff were excellent and very helpful with any request. Limited English but always happy to use a translator to be understood. We were there for 9 nights attending a sporting championships and had a wonderful stay. Roccarasso is a ski resort and as such the temperatures while warm and high in the day cooled right down at night.. I am sure the hotel is toasty warm in winter as the rooms had temperature control heating. Few visitors in summer mean little requirement for cooling.
The dining staff were fantastic and the meals got better everyday we were there. The price for our accommodation including all meals was a bargain. They even used a staff member's van to carry the players' equipment to and from the sporting venue. The lift went directly to the ground floor ( level -1) for disabled access. The rooms were spotless each day.
(Noise from the local bars etc were from other attendees of the sporting event and out of the control of the hotel.)
Shopping in the town was fantastic with sales at most shops. Bought incredible designer children's wear.

My boyfriend and I spent a couple nights here. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and modern--I loved the shower! We also had a small balcony which was nice and had a great view of the main street. The food at the hotel was pretty good, too! The spa was beautiful but a bit small. The steam/sauna rooms were wonderful and so was the jacuzzi. The tea was delicious. We each had a massage; mine was decent. The room was cold, especially just coming out from the jacuzzi. The masseuse, for me, didn't quite "do the job": I am more of a deep-tissue massage person. Overall it was an awesome stay and I would recommend this hotel! It's also near everything there is to see in town!

Big rooms, small bathrooms, excellent staff! Wifi is downstairs. It's just a nice hotel in a small town. Walking distance from good cafes. Views are excellent. I loved the space in the rooms. The staff were very helpful with organising tours out of the town. We did a few day trips they organised. They also helped with minibus' and things like that

Firstly the huge stairs up to the entrance of the hotel is very unpleaseant with luggage or if you have elderly people with you.
There is no airconditioning in the hotel at all, neither in the rooms or the common areas, the best you can do is to open a window and then you have all the street noise to contend with.
No one speaks english, making it very difficult to communicate. They do offer an Ipad translator.
The rooms on the first two floors are old and run down compared to the third and fourth floors which are new and modern.
There is no tea or coffee making facility at all in the rooms and the bar fridge takes days to get half cool, useless really.
The food served at breakfast was very basic and barely satisfactory, not replenished so first in best dressed.
the room i stayed in on the 4th floor was clean and tidy and serviced daily, the bed was comfortable as were the pillows.
It is very noisy in the street at nights especially as there is a bar next door which doesn't close till 2-3am so expect to get woken up every night by roudy patrons seeing each other off right out the front after the bar closes, very annoying, considering if you shut the window the room became unbearable to sleep in due to no aircon.
I would definately not stay here again for all the reasons mentioned above.

Clean rooms and friendly staff.
Avoid the restaurant. I'm ashamed for them.
Ridiculous menu.
They offer fish soup with clams and bring lupins, even full sand
For second they propose omelette.
For fruit ‘do you want a fruit? Which one?
They bring 1 peach...
Ice cream? Missing ... (just buy a tub at the supermarket.)

Excellent in everything. Rooms well furnished and spotless, abundant breakfast and excellent quality, but what really impressed us was the kindness and helpfulness of the owner (she accompanied us with her own means saving the holiday), pampered us as if she had known us for a long time instead was our first experience

The rooms and bathrooms are truly beautiful, the rooms are very bright and the beds are very comfortable. Cleanliness and precision reign. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is not very abundant but everything there is is really good and fresh. We will definitely be back

We had a weekend in the mountains with the family. Excellent hotel from the point of view of the location in the center, welcoming qualified staff. Only note, breakfast needs improvement. Finally, the breakfast room needs improvement.
