I have made several trips, but I have never ever found people of the courtesy that we found in this hotel, without exception. From the staff at the reception to the dining room staff to the ladies who take care of tidying up the rooms, without forgetting Alice!!

We were pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and kindness of the staff at this hotel. They took us in their car to the various lifts because we don't have motorized vehicles and they always gave us good advice. A mention for Alice who gave our little girl so much fun.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days last week and were absolutely delighted with it. The staff did everything possible to make our stay a great one!
Everyone who had even the smallest bit of English tried to help us when we needed it, including the wonderful Barbara, who cleaned our rooms daily!!
Rooms are simple but immaculately clean and very warm at this time of year.
We loved the restaurant food which provided a lot of variety( we paid for half board so had breakfast and dinner each day). They went to great lengths on Valentines night to provide a “special “ menu which was really delicious!
The restaurant staff were especially helpful and caring each morning and evening and even opened up early for us so that we could enjoy breakfast in time to start a sking lesson at 8pm!
We can’t recommend Hotel Iris highly enough and look forward to returning there in the future.
