We had 7 days stay at this central hotel. There is short walking distanse to beach, restaurants an it’s placed at the end of the pedestrian shopping street. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but they were nice and tidy. The staff were helpful and always avalible. Could book here again!

The hotel offers little to nothing. The rooms are dark, small and without a balcony. But the worst thing is the restaurant. They serve the same food every day and in case something was not eaten the previous day, they literally give it to you to eat it the next day. The lady in the restaurant - Romanian woman named Anna, has an absurd and absolutely not respectful behavior. She is constantly discussing the guests of the hotel in front of them. The coffee and water machines are turned off all the time and in case you want a glass of water, you have to beg. Dinner is served only when the whole restaurant is full. Every night we waited for minimum 30 minutes before each and every guest of the hotel came to the restaurant. Only after that that woman Anna started serving dinner. To my opinion this is a total lack of respect toward the guests of the hotel and absolutely inappropriate behavior. I do not recommend this hotel at all - worst experience ever! Guys on the reception are nice, but even they can not compensate for the rest.

We had a very bad experience with Hotel Globo & Suite Sanremo. It is absolutely not a three star hotel. The information you can find about it on different booking websites is fairly misleading. The same is applicable for the photos of the rooms. It is located in city center next to the main shopping street, near the port and the railway station and this is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. Our room was not at all as described and the interior was away from what you can see on the photos. It was small, old, not renovated for long time and noisy. The bathroom had a tiny shower cabin without a soap stand and there wasn't a hanger for longer towels. The wardrobe was so small that it was impossible to close it if you hang your cloths inside. We spent a week in this hotel and the chambermaid did not change neither the towels nor the sheets. Not even once! The room itself was not spotlessly clean either. Food was very poor. They only serve croissants and cakes for breakfast and pasta (every time the same) and meet for dinner. No fresh fruits or vegetables, no option to order something else. Coffee so called is something I cannot even describe! It was like the water you get after cleaning your coffee machine. We were travelling with a group and the staff was treating all of us a different category of people. We were not allowed to have coffee from the coffee machine and were asked to have dinner all together...We felt like in a camp but not like guests of the hotel. I have never had such a bad experience with any other hotel in Italy or elsewhere.

We always stay at the Globo Hotel for our stay in Sanremo. The hotel is rubbed by a family that make you feel at home. This year we have stayed from middle of July to middle of September. Two months of pure relaxed for my wife from home chores. Breakfast is the dining room if the hotel or the veranda where every morning the sunshine and the wonderful waitress greets you with a hot fresh cup of coffee. Great for kids and family where we enjoy breakfast. The rooms are clean with a great cleaning staff. The hotel owners are always there to greet you and make you feel at home. In terms of value for hotel you get cleaned, friendly service, good breakfast, great location and a secure place to stay with a great staff that is always willing to be there to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Me and my family started in this hotel for years and the people there where really friendly. It also has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And the owners are really nice there names are Loris, Paolo and Salvatore. It's also in the center of San Remo which is the best location. So this is why I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a bad, strange experience. Every now and then we would hear a loud noise coming from outside of our room, yet so close as if it was almost inside the room. It was disturbing and kept us awake. The WiFi was terrible so we couldn't watch Netflix in the absence of English speaking TV channels in the evening. We didn't ask for a smoking room but got one - we hope our clothes won't reek when we get home. The toiletries were terrible. The floor was dirty. The hotel should be classed as two stars, not three.

We visited Sanremo as part of our Europe trip and I must say, this way the only stop we were not impressed with :( The hotel's price/value ratio is unfortunately not the best, although we had a free upgrade on the room we booked due they could not get out room ready. Our room looked nice, but not impressive - the cleanliness was unfortunately shattered by little things, like poor materials used in the facility (maybe it was just our room, i don't know). Our room (406) had tasteless, cheap red, nylon curtains (80's style) and i would leave this to the taste of anyone, however all windows were dirty. The bathroom had not a single hanger for towels, the shower was broken down from the wall and you couldn't open the window. Location pro: proximity to beach, bars, clubs Location contra: next to central bus station, noisy, dirty streets The hotel rooms have mostly only staircase view to inside of hotel and there are no balconies Parking 1 car costs extra 26€/day on top of room prices The breakfast is not worth mentioning - very "cheap" ingredients, horrible coffee :( Very sorry for this place as with only little effort and little more attention to detail, it could be a really nice hotel, up to the standards you would expect for their prices. Very positive is that the staff is outmost friendly and helpful! This is what ultimately left us a good impression on our stay.

The hotel is simply amazing. Fantastic rooms and perfect services. I stayed in the suite for 9 days and I can't complain about anything. Full continental breakfast, nice view, near the ariston cinema (where the famous Sanremo' festival take place) Best place to stay ! In the summer you should try to eat in the Suite Terrace !

Our first stay at the Globo was great, unfortunately our 2nd stay with them was terrible. We were given a room that was the corner of the building on the 1st floor, which was tiny compared to the one we had on the 3rd floor. We were charged the same price as bookings.com but got the parking free for a tiny, noisey room. The NOISE from every car, tram, bus, person was horrendous and to add to the situation we had a gale force wind coming under our room door from the passage way. We stayed for two nights and on the first night I rang reception to complain, they were fully booked so we couldn't change rooms. When we left I relaid our dissatisfaction and was told its in the center of town so what did we expect. It will be our last stay
