The hotel in the heart of Sanremo, just against Ariston theatre. Nice stuff ready to help, clean room with everything needed, free wi fi and pets friendly. And for me was very important that the hotel suggest online check in.

The Staff met us outside the Inn, Thea were nice and helpful. The inn is placed Very central - and the room Was big and clean. Towels were changed daily. We wanted to stay one extra night, and that Was arranged through Mail. Littleraly next door are good places to eat breakfast and lunch - and the best restaurant in town is less than 2 minutes away!

Perfect location, right in centre of town. The guy was very nice. Helpful and extremely friendly 👌 The balcony was a nice touch, very atmospheric. Overall, for what we needed, one night, it ticked all the boxes.

There is no reception area. Never saw any staff. Everything done over the phone. The hallways, stairs & elevator are miniscule. Moving luggage could be an issue for the elderly as the elevator does not go all the way to ground level. The rooms however a pretty decent and the hotel location is great as it is close to everything.

I was really excited when I saw the room, it was spacious, clean and had great italian fittings in the bathroom but no WiFi. It is about 2 kms walk from the train station but in middle of the popular shopping street. I was told that we were the 3rd occupants of the room and that it was pretty new. I was thinking how I should leave a great review for this place and bam!! the next morning there was no hot water in the shower. Looked for a phone to call and inform but there was no phone. The actual office is in a building next door and you have to wait for someone to grant you access to go up to their office. We did not have much time so we checked out but I did tell the Memole Inn staff that there was no water and asked that we get compensated for inconvenience. The person did not understand english or he pretended not to because the previous day he seemed to understand pretty well. I did not wanted to pursue on asking about compensation and wanted to get on with our holiday. I hoped that they would be decent enough to give a discount because not having hot water is a big deal but nope I got charged the whole amount. Also, it is in the middle of the city and you can hear noise from outside, it did not bother us much but it may not work for some people.

Antibes, France3 contributions
We have just stayed here twice within two weeks, as we are yachties just completing day work in San Remo when we usually are based in Antibes, France. The first week we stayed, we were satisfied but things could have been better. When you arrive, there is no reception, you have to literally just wait around for someone to let you in. We were lucky enough that the man found us on the street looking lost! The shower the first morning didn't warm up at all, so we went to work unhappy after both having cold showers. But as the week went on, this seemed to improve. The TV didn't work either and was stuck on a porn channel. We weren't exactly bothered but I can imagine if I had kids and had brought them, I wouldn't have felt the same. We checked in the following week, and were moved to the building across the street, which was fine! The room was bigger, as was the bathroom and we were very happy! Then disaster struck mid-week. The shower drain was not draining water, so I had a very quick shower and told my partner to leave it a while thinking it would eventually drain through. It did not, but he needed a shower so had a quick wash also. Afterwards, the water was still not draining, no contact number for the hotel and no reception, we had to google the hotel to obtain a number, after several attempts I finally got through and the man on the other side of the phoneline didn't understand the problem I was trying to explain. He then rudely hung up on me and came marching over 10minutes later, he seemed to no surprise that this had happened, however threatened to charge us for the damage, as at this point the water had seeped through the wall, and the bedroom floor was soaking wet. He rudely asked if we had put anything down the toilet, which we hadn't. That wasn't even the problem, the shower was a seperate plumbing system to the toilet, as was shown when the problem was finally sorted hours later and we had argued that we wouldn't pay 100euros for what had happened. On our last day, it seemed the same problem was happening with our toilet also, so we had a similar issue again. Considering it was clear for all to see that it was the hotel's fault, not ours, we had no apologies, no compensations or anything. Just pure rudeness. The only good thing about the hotel was the affordable price, and location as you are a stones throw away from the centre of San Remo and the Port. If I were to ever stay again, I would request a room within the main building, not the seperate one with a dodgy plumbing system.

We had 2 rooms during our stay, a room with double bed for a couple, and a room with 2 single beds for 2 sisters and an infant. There was quite a difference in size between the two rooms but overall the value and quality was good and the rooms were clean. Only big drawback was the size of the bathroom; the size of the shower cabin was rediculous and the toilet was cramped in a corner between the basin and shower. This hotel is 'unmanned'; it might take you a while to find the entrance and via an intercom someone lets you in, the keys will be on the room door. During our stay we didn't see or speak to a representative at all. The coffee machine was not working. A little note said that there was supposed to be a folder in the room with information on wifi access, check out times etc. but that was missing in both rooms. However, the value for money is excellent and the location of the hotel is perfect. Because it is located in a pedestrian area there is no free parking at the hotel. Closet underground parking will cost you about 2 euros per hour.

Like other reviewers we were very pleased with this hotel. We had a new, large room for a very reasonable price. The people who showed us to the room were very friendly and we were delighted with it's location in the centre of the city. It was sparkling clean, the bed was very comfortable and there was a good internet connection ..what more could you wish for?

Clean, new, great location, internet, TV, air conditioning, and a balcony (depending on your room), and the price, just amazing. What a gem to have found, thanks to all the other TA reviews...Don't be fooled by the price, this place is everything everyone says it is. Perfect.
