We drove to Sanremo with reservations for 2 night at this place, We booked 2 NIGHTS and because mayor problems we couldn't arrive the 1sr night. we advised her and she seemed ok with that. the room was already paid anyway!!!!!. On our way there, we texted them on wassap and ( SHE ) a nasty woman, said it was OK to arrive as long as we make it before 12:3 even though in previous texts she SHE mention check in time was from 12 to 3 pm/ At any rate, we got there at 12:08 and she wouldn't even open the doors. She said she sold out room the night before, We texted on our way there and she mentioned she was expecting us... In other words she double booked our room and sold it to others , keeping our money for the 2 nights already paid.. She is a thief!!!!! Avoid dealing with this thief !!! Don't be conned by this Con Artist, she is a thief…

Great decor and a good size room, made this a nice place to stay. This does not have 24/7 service so you will receive 3 keys, one for the front door of the building, one to get into the 3rd floor inn, and one for your room. However, if you need anything during the day, you can text and get a response quickly. We wanted towels for the beach--done! The a/c is controlled with a remote and works well. Love that this place has a real hair blow dryer and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The location is a 15 minute walk from the train station and is on the main pedestrian shopping street, which was great. It is walking distance to just about everything. The only problem we encountered, which seemed to be shared by the other people staying there, was that the door into the Inn was very difficult to unlock. Make sure you try it while the staff is there so you can get tips. You will receive a voucher for a pastry and coffee at a local coffee bar.…
