Stayed four nights. Good clean hotel in the centre, has everything you require for a pleasant stay. Good value for money and good breakfast every morning. Rooms are a little small but overall a very good holiday.

Was booked into this hotel for 2 nights by Adore Cruises as a jumping off point for the Monaco Grand Prix. It is pretty basic. Not 3 star. Rooms were not ready when we arrived, and one lady found rotting food in a fridge in her room. Furniture and bathroom fittings were very tired. There was a safe bolted to the floor of the wardrobe. Room was reasonably clean. Towels were not changed after the first day. We asked for clean ones at Reception, but the Chinese lady behind the desk didn't seem to understand, and no clean towels ever appeared. Breakfast was Ok, and they made a nice cup of coffee. "OK" as a place to sleep, but don't expect too much.

Gentle lady, first of all thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed our breakfast and the cleanliness of the property. Rooms in our hotel as is written evrywhere are ready at 14.00 and you arrived in hotel at 13.00...our houskeepers made their best to clean the rooms from the previous guests as soon as possible !!!Also the security box inside the closet is very common throughout the world, I honestly do not understand the problem? Unfortunately the second day we did not change the towels as you placed the badge " Do not disturb" at the door and the houskeeper then did not enter the room. I assure you that we have all the features of a three star hotel and hope to see you again our guest to guarantee a wonderful stay thank you cordially

Our main reason for going to Sanremo was to see the finish of the Milan - Sanremo bike race. We knew the hotel was close to the route but to arrive to find the hotel was on the route and we had a room with a balcony to watch it from was brilliant as it felt like executive hospitality on the cheap. The room was great with a good shower. Breakfast was also very nice and the staff were always very helpful. Would stay again.

Once again a lovely overnight stay on our way to our holiday apartment in Liguria. Great welcome, great hotel. Very clean, lovely views over the harbour. Close to everything. The station, bus station, shopping centre, beach and restaurants and bars all within walking distance. A bargain.

Location is perfect, some minutes on foot from center city. The inside of the hotel and the rooms are esthetically not that nice, it is not a "cute" hotel, but it is very clean and functional, more than enough space in the room we had. The room has a terrasse. Outside of hotel is nothing special. The Chinese person at the reception is very friendly and helpful (I forgot his name). wifi works fine. I would surely stay again in this hotel if I go back to Sanremo. I recommend it.

nice, comfortable and clean hotel with a great location. rooms are very clean, staff is great especially Chinese receptionist.. Hotel from outside is not so nice, but when you came in it is very nice, rooms are big, bathroom clean.. food is ok, for those who did not accustomed to italian food maybe will be little bit not enough.. all in all one nice hotel

Hotel is nice. However there was one thing I did not like - very small shower. When you get inside it`s so cramped that you hardly can move or turn there. Otherwise the room is comfortable and clean. It has air conditioner, TV, minibar, large wardrobe and comfortable beds. Plenty of space in the room. Breakfast was also nice. It included fruit, melons croissants and various cakes however I won`t say that a quantity was plentiful. Reception staff was helful and friendly, they showed us all remarkable places on a city map and advised us how to spend better our time in San Remo. As for hotel location, it was very convenient. Old town, railway station, beach and plenty of places to dine and hang out are all easy to reach. I don`t consider room rates as cheap but if compare it with other cities on Ligurian Sea they are quite reasonable.…

Good location - central part of San Remo, walking distance to the railway station and old town. Nearest beach is almost in front of hotel. Freindly reception staff gave me information about most important sites and places in town. Room is comfortable and clean with en suite bathroom, however shower cubicle is very small. Equipped with air condition, TV and minibar. The choice for breakfast was not very great but considerably better compared with hotels in France we stayed during the same trip. As for the price, it was quite reasonable, one of the cheapest options in the town.

Nice and comfortable hotel, located close to the bus station (2 minutes) and the train station (10 minutes) of Sanremo. The Chinese receptionist is friendly and very helpful. Room is clean (and slippers are provided) but a bit cold. Not a big issue, as you can adjust the room temperature with a remote control. The bathroom is small but has a bidet, the bed and the pillows are quite nice. Do not have high expectations on the breakfast, as it's basic. Overall, we had a good stay and would return here. And the quality/price ratio was fantastic!
