We visited this place a first time last year and thought that it was an ok place to stay in as it is far from centre and quiet. Came back in March and booked for 3 nights. What a disaster! Room was not heated for 2 nights. Room was not clean for 3 days! Breakfast was horrible and the owner had the guts to ask for 75 euros a night when we thought it was for 60 euros a night. A four star hotel in the same period in central San remo was giving away a double bedroom for 65 € per night. Anyways to make it short. Avoid this place if you can as it is really not worth it.

On the plus side, Ketty was very nice, taking us in on Christmas eve with our dog and little warning, and our room was extremely clean. Also, the location is quite convenient from the highway, and if you get the room in front (we didn't), you get a nice view of the sea from the terrace. On the negative side, our room was a bit cramped, with an extra bed we didn't need, the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, and breakfast was so so: a slice of pie served in the room and a Nespresso machine. But it was Christmas...

We spent one lovely week being very well looked after by Fabio and his family. Started each day with a wonderful homemade breakfast served on the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. Fabio was extremely helpful giving us the best tipps on where to eat and which beach to use with the best parking possibilities. The B&B is set in a very useful location just 5 mins. from the motorway and 10 mins. from the centre of San Remo and well positioned for sightseeing along the Cotè d'Azur or exploring the wonderful mountain towns all within 45 mins. drive. The room was very clean with a big bathroom with all available facilities for washing and drying as well as the use of a lovely garden and free private parking. Thanks again Fabio!!!!
