Really clean place with nice garden and all well taken care of by the highly welcoming owners Lorenzo and Laura. If the 2km distance from the beach is no issue for you (it wasn’t for us), then it’s fully worth it! Breakfast, just great! Wholeheartedly recommend!

We stayed for 2 nights. The house in San Remo is convenient for car owners. The room is on the first floor where you go up the outer steps. The ceiling is sloping so that tall people have to be careful. The room itself is beautiful and well maintained. Spacious, modern shower room. Lorenzo is a pleasant and welcoming man, happy to share information and help with everything. At his recommendation, we went to eat at the restaurant La Peppina (via Biancheri 24 Bussana di Sanremo (Tel: 0184513077) run by Laura (friend of Lorenzo). It is an excellent trattoria-pizzeria-bar, so we returned to it again.

The room was cute and comfy. Lorenzo was most gracious and a delight to talk to. He served a lovely breakfast and as much coffee we wanted. Great location and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely go back one day Heather-Canada

We spent four nights at this fantastic b & b. It was nestled high up a hill among a residential area, close to town, overlooking the sea. Our host Lorenzo and his family were very warm, welcoming, professional and courteous. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room, the delicious breakfast he served each morning, and his helpful information on things to see in Sanremo. If you are planning a trip to the area, I highly recommend Ca' de Rossana.

A warm welcome and pleasant room . Clean and comfortable , good shower and bed. We like to be closer to restaurants so took a taxi (expensive) . The host is serious about the business and was most helpful.

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for your kind review. Since you book through Booking.com, you already knew the distance of the B&B from the city center and from the restaurants. The position on the map is clearly shown when you start the booking procedure. The choice of the accomodation and its distance from your places of interest (i.e. restaurants, city center, beaches) is completely up to you. If you don't want to take a taxi or drive your car, choose an hotel that allows you to move on foot. That said, Ca' de Rossana is 1 km walking distance from the nearest beach (Bagni Stella), 1 km walking distance from the nearest restaurant (Ristorante Oasi). My wife and I recently stayed at the Ca' de Rossana bed and breakfast for three nights as a jumping off spot for visiting the Cinqua Terras region of Liguria. First of all, we could not have picked a more glorious spot, high above the town of San Remo on the cliffs above the Mediterranean. The temperatures were still mild in September, so we left the patio doors open. In the morning ,we were greeted with a view of the Mediterranean that was breathtaking. All around, from different areas of the property were views of the surrounding hillsides. The home is beautifully renovated, with modern facilities and a separate entrance for guests. Breakfast was in the garden, surrounded by flowers, trees and the sheep grazing next door. Our host, Lorenzo, speaks excellent English and is a very gracious host. The included breakfast was copious and delicious, including fresh orange juice, a variety of local fruit, breakfast sandwiches (originally crafted for German guests but popular with all), other freshly made breads and jams. And, of course, capucino or café con latte that was really good. Lorenzo is very good at pointing out local restaurants that are high quality and good value, and populated by locals. We had pizza one night that was terrific and another night pasta such as we have never had before. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend Lorenzo and Ca' de Rossana very highly.…

For a three night holiday to visit San Remo we went to Ca’ de Rosanna. Lorenzo is a fine host who cares about his customers. Our room was clean and cosy with TV, fridge, spacious bathroom and sea view from a small balcony. An extra bed for 3rd person was no problem. At (to early) arrival, drinks were foreseen instantly. With that came a explanation about where to eat best and where not, where to go to, best place to go to the beach etc. Breakfast was simple but good. Our stay was excellent.

This is a wonderful hotel. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, as well as a beautiful view of the sea. Everything is clean and tidy. Special thanks to Lorenzo for a delicious breakfast! One small drawback: no hooks for towels in the bathroom :)
