Hotel's Favourite
This is a small, but a very cosy hotel with all necessities you would ever need. The staff was welcoming, friendly and caring from the very start ‘till the very end of each day. The food is delicious! Would highly recommend, it’s worth the price. And special thanks to Isma, the man that was working, as it seemed, a little bit too much, but he made the experience even more wholesome and pleasant. He will not tolerate your sad mood :) It was my birthday actually and the guy went all the way to give me a piece of cake with a candle, really cute! The hotel is on the main road of San Remo and people say that there’s a nice view from the window to the seaside, but, unfortunately, we’ve chosen the lower floor room and so we’ve seen not too much of it. On the very last day I wanted to go on a bike ride, cause there’s a big strait road coming along the seaside (a must-do for everyone). The hotel provides bikes for free! Overall, the room was always cleaned by the stuff and I don’t really have anything bad to say. I’m certainly considering coming here again with much joy! Thanks for the vacation!…

Pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel, having driven down into town the arrival route is a tad decrepit and I expected faded grandeur at best! The hotel on the whole is clean, smart, well maintained, the staff efficient and pleasant. We were disappointed to find we weren’t able to keep our car parked in the small hotel parking lot - hadn’t noticed any request to prebook a space on the booking website, so had to park on the busy roadside spaces - that road is ALWAYS busy! The terrace for drinks is rather lacking in ‘personality’ but does the job. The bedroom was faultless, the price spot on. We found the position ideal for a pleasant walk by the shore to the town centre and restaurants. (But others may think it a bit too much to walk to, around and back from the centre.)

Excellent hotel run by a lovely couple. Their pride in running the hotel runs through in all the staff who are friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast and clean bright rooms. The noise from the road is minimal or zero, due to double glazing. Good AC in the room for the hot summer nights. A true family hotel, that we will visit often when in Sanremo again !!

Great location near the beach of Sanremo. Room with sea view in a very nice old style hotel. Just a short walk to the city and great restaurants and beaches in the neighbourhood. The hotel shines with a great hospitality which you experience at the reception, at breakfast and from housekeeping everyday. This made my stay a top holiday experience.

The hotel Belsoggiorno is a gem just a short walk from the center of the action in Sanremo. We've been there twice, most recently last week as they are reopening very carefully due to the coronavirus. This is a family owned hotel with very attentive staff who speak many languages. We asked for and got nice, simple sea-view rooms. Breakfast is plentiful and good variety. Used to be a buffet but last week they had to serve you individually but no problems, they are generous with everything. Best part is free bikes you can borrow all day to explore the lovely path from San Lorenzo del mare to Ospedaletti. 25-ish km of relaxing fun! Bikes are good quality, well-maintained. Have fun at the Hotel Belsoggiorno! Maria and Matteo will take care of you!

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. it was well position near the coast and restaurants. Breakfast was very good. The free bikes were great for use on the bike path that followed the sea.

Very clean hotel, helpful staff. I'm very pleased with my choice. The hotel is a 5-minute walk away from the beaches and about a 10-minute walk away from the downtown area. The room was simple but very comfortable and the size was just right for 2 people. The breakfast room smelled like a bakery every morning. There were pastries, fruit, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham and a variety of breads and juices. Tea and coffee were brought to your table, Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely return to this hotel and I highly recommend it.

Our trip to Sanremo was memorable because of the wonderful stay at belsoggiorno hotel. The location of the hotel is at walking distance from the beautiful beach and cyclable road as well as the center where all the restaurants cafes and pubs You will be impressed by the delicious food of it ‘s restaurant, the warm welcoming of the staff and the cleanliness of the spacious rooms some with large balconies overlooking the beach I strongly recommend this lovely hôtel for families with elders or children because of the caring attitude of the staff always smiley and ready to satisfy and grant your wishes.

It was my first time in Sanremo attending a family event from the 17th till the 20th of May, 2019 in Hotel Belsoggiorno! My stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the heart of the city! The rooms felt like home, they were super clean and calm! It was very convenient to have parking as well! The staff were so nice and took really good care of us! They also set our morning alarm for the airport and prepared us coffee at 4:30 AM! First night we had dinner at the restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! I had a creamy mushroom soup, carbonara pasta, bresaola and a plate of cheese, and finally a tiramisu and limoncello! It was probably my favourite meal this entire trip! Their breakfast was very delicious as well! I would highly recommend you not skipping it! The rooms were super safe, I left my laptop and some things in my bag and nothing got stolen! I wouldn't recommend you doing that, but this just shows how well trained their staff are! To sum up, everything was amazing: Location, Food, Cleanliness, Staff! I really enjoyed my stay there and would recommend everyone going to SANREMO to stay at this hotel!…

My wife and I landed in Milan early Sunday morning and drove straight to Sanremo. Hadn’t booked a room yet saw the r views for Belsoggiorno and called to see if we could get an early checkin. No problem. Had a great rest in what for European standards was a good sized room. Very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and good breakfast in the morning. Despite being on the main highway which is very busy, our room was very quiet, air con and WiFi worked great. Perfect little hotel for a quick affordable stay in Sanremo. Oh and the perfect part Free Parking since we had a car and we’re on the way to the south of France.
