This hotel is exquisite. It’s minimalist style is breathtaking, the breakfast dining room is adorned in white murano glass sconces and chandeliers. It’s so relaxing. The breakfast buffet is gorgeous in its presentation and everything was delicious, there’s nothing lacking. The rooms are very clean and nice and there’s ample drawer and closet space. The bathrooms are heavenly and the soaps are super luxurious. It was our 4th visit to San Remo and we enjoyed every minute! The hotel has bicycles available and this is a FABULOUS amenity. We also spent the day at the hotel’s beach which was sooo convenient and delightful. I can’t rave enough about how warm and accommodating Elizabetta was to us. She made sure our stay was 100%perfect! ❣️

I just want to thank everyone at miramare for the most incredible trip. As soon as we reached San remo from nice we were treated with the best service the whole stay. Although the rooms were small and there was no restaurants in the hotel, the staff made it up by being incredibly kind and wonderful to be around. They helped plan every minute of our trip; where to visit what to eat there and everything we could do. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them. Elizabeth ,who still checks on us weeks after we left the hotel, always planned with us in the morning and even helped us book our next hotel. She was the sweetest and made sure our stay was perfect. We couldn’t thank her enough. Venessa the manager, assisted in us in every way we needed and was also helped us so much. The breakfast staff were also incredibly kind and made the food perfect. We will look forward to coming again! Thank you so much for everything! - Al jallaf family

In fact we are dealing with 4 star hotel. And for this category my rating is VERY GOOD. Only staff cares about the premium and 5 * hotel feeling, nevertheless at some points it is just over the top. It's not necessary. Not to mention free water, cookies and towels changed twice a day - this is important. The thing that struck me the most: for this price, breakfast is charged € 20 per person.Luxurious from the outside with a well-kept garden. Similarly, in the main routes, such as the lobby or the hall - done sumptuously and elegantly (glamour). The rooms are well equipped however the bathrooms are another story. Bathroom without tiles. (walls and floor painted with oil paint). Behind the wall (mirror image) you can hear your neighbour from the room next, playing in the bathroom, as well as any flushing of water manifested by loud gurgling in the sinks and bidet (it can wake you up in the middle of the night). Lack of the gym, or bathroom without tiles (walls and floor painted with oil paint). It is not at this level. Plus: good location and free parking. do not be tempted by "promotional" cooperation with the beach. They will charge you more than you go alone and rent sunbeds.

This hotel has been a disaster from the moment we tried pulling into the lot and couldn’t even get them to open the gate (which happened several tunes during the stay). The service at breakfast is non-existent; have ordered coffees four times five times before they finally were served (staff brings orders to random tables and asks if it is theirs.) Room keys seem to « expire » every day - we have been unable to enter our room at least once a day and had to go back to the lobby to wait for someone to be available to reset them. Just had to have staff let us in w their pass key as they have tried to reset our keys three times today and they still don’t work. So tomorrow after breakfast we will again have to have staff let us into our room. Seriously a dreadful experience all around. So much more - but I won’t waste any more of my time.

Stylish hotel, relatively recently renovated, nice garden and pool, unfortunately the staff is unfriendly (this may change if you arrive in a Italian sports car), from beginning you do not feel welcome at this place, starting with a unfriendly valet parking guy and ends with checking out and waiting to get your car again. Mind you, if you like to get served at the terrace bar at night, don’t forget to wear your golden Rolex and sunglasses, otherwise you wait half an hour until the waiter comes, telling you that the bar closes in 20min and he can not serve you anymore. I guess (my opinion after the stay) the hotel likes more to be dedicated to super extravagant people, so even you can easily afford it, don’t calculate with service, beside you dress like a clown or drag queen. But understand, since they are special, you need to be special as well.

booked a premium dbl with seaview -of 38sqm, with balcony and French windows according to pictures... we were put in a 18sqm dbl, with one single window with seaview. We complained and were told that they were full but we would not get our money back if we left! Next we were also told to pay extra for the sunterrace and the pool... - the Hotel is beautifully refurbed - great design - the common areas are very pretty even if some of it is cheap chic - specifically the case for the rooms. Breakfast is a disaster, with long waiting lines and the food is kept unhygienically uncovered and uncooled. We will never go back... unles they change the management and the unfriendly and arrogant way this place is run!

We thank you for taking the time to write about us. We are sorry to have disappointed your expectations, however the premium rooms on the websites are not available with a balcony. The swimming pool has an extra charge and is not included in the rate. We regret that the description of the services in your confirmation was not clear. Breakfast has procedures that are not dictated by us, but by the anti-vice rules that hotels must follow. We hope to have another change to demonstrate our professionalism. See you soon.

After our disappointing Hotel stay in Levanto, we continued to Sanremo. We spent 3 days in Sanremo and stayed in the Miramare The Palace. The hotel is just gorgeous. The hotel is located in a perfectly renovated former Palace, equipped with all the comfort you would expect of a 5 star luxury hotel. We liked the modern art tastily distributed in all areas, the furniture, the bar all decorated in the best of taste. On arrival we just dropped the car key with the concierge and the holidays started. While checking in, the car was parked and the luggage was delivered to the room, just perfect. The rooms are a pleasure to look at, spacy and comfortable to live in. The bathrooms are most modern and equipped with all possible amenities. The staff and personnel are extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. We got such a nice room with sea view and balcony, which made it hard for us to leave the room. The breakfast was an indulgence of fruits, cakes, international and Italian food. The breakfast at the terrace with a beautiful view and perfect service was just a pleasure. We will certainly return.

The hotel is beautiful and all - but what a deceptive bunch of thieves. They charge extra to use the pool lounges and the beach access is not their beach and again you’ve got to pay extra. And it’s not cheap either for them! Any normal hotel gives this all included. It’s just disgusting and they should be ashamed. Especially as this was all hidden prior to checking in. Had I known I never would’ve booked this place. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LOVE HIDDEN CHARGES.

Me and my boyfriend just got married, and decided to go to Italy for a week after the wedding to relax. The rooms at Miramare were expensive but we figured it was worth it for a nice sunny week of luxury. I e-mailed the Hotel and told them we were on our honeymoon, and still they managed to give us one of the worst rooms at the Hotel (1st floor right over the restaurant with loud music every night). Apparently the room were supposed to have a view over the city, but all we could ses from our window was the huge parking lot. When we tried to change the room we were told there were no other rooms available. The breakfast is really good, if you’re into cake in the morning - and the price per person is shocking (25 euro ). They also charge you 25 Euros per person to stay at the Hotel pool for half a day and 35euros per person to go to their beach. The Hotel does not have a gym, but we chose to stay here because of the tennis court they mentioned on their website, which turned out to not belong to the Hotel in any case. When we asked the receipton about the tennis, they told us we have to figure it out by ourselves. I would not recommand Miramare to anyone and I regret going here on our honeymoon. Christine from Norway
