The room looks really old, it could definitely use a renovation. The floor creaks a lot when you walk and the floor just doesn't look hygienic either.. Bathroom is very old fashioned decorated, the towels are too thin. Wifi connection was very bad. You can hear people walking upstairs.. Blanket was also way too thin.. The outside door to the balcony in the bathroom couldn't close properly. I tried to reach the reception multiple times on the phone, but no one answered. There was no curtain in front of the shower, so all the water could easily make the whole floor wet. The only positive point was that when I checked out on the 26th of July around noon the guy from the reception assisted me from the elevator with my luggage and he was really kind. The elevator could use a renovation as well, it looks really old.…
Booked the hotel via Daydreams with breakfast and dinner services. Found the staff very nice and welcoming, rooms are not the newest but they seem like they've been recently refurbished. Rooms are being cleaned and tidied every day with new towels (although it should is not so common!). Our room was very silent and spacious, with a/c and balcony. Also the bathroom was clean and bigger than average. Breakfast is ok, but dinner although simple is very good quality and genuine. Having had a look at the town's restaurant prices we're very happy we decided for this and definitely recommend it!
I staid here with 4 collegues as we were in Sanremo for a seminar. We were supposed to stay 5 nights, but found a new hotel after 2. The rooms are all smoking rooms (even though it says otherwise on the website). They are not very clean, there are no towels and the breakfast is not edible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I went there last Sunday, it was 17th September 2017. The hotel is in the centre of the place, but when you enter it you immediately realize that it is very basic. The receptionist speaks A1 English. The rooms are very very old, it really needs a good redoing. Dinner is really basic, primo piatto and secondo piatto are really tasteless and breakfast is insufficient too. The good thing is that wi-fi is ok and that everything is close. So if you are not demanding and don't know how to spend your money better then go to this place. I would not recommend it even to budget tourists.
As I`ve mentioned in title, great location but very poor hotel, with disappointing breakfast, room are beyond explanation, old, dirty, poor, noisy rooms, couldn`t sleep whole night, if you ever get there, don`t visit that hotel.
Nice old style hotel from the seventies with great views from roof terrace noisy rooms and disappointing breakfast (nothing fresh) but friendly service. OK for one night but wouldn't spend a week !parking near by.
We find this hotel with mobile phone We are travelling europe by bicycle Standard room good price Nice european breakfast They let store our bicycle in the recption Nice staff, in the center of the city close to the walkway Antony
I was in this hotel for just one night, and that was more then enough. Hotel is terrible, service is awful, room and bathroom were dirty and breakfast was poor. Some rooms did not have a water on a shower. They said that hotel have a wi-fi but there was no connection. If I ever come back in San Remo I will never choose this hotel, even it will be for free.
We just stay for one night(and I'm happy for this) in this 'hotel' late on November.we was three person and we paid 100€.the same money paid also at Milan or nice but the rooms was perfect.they gave us a room on the 5th floor.the room was big but so dirty,we couldn't do shower because the towels I thinks was from the summer there!the only good was that we have a nice view on the sea and the hotel was located in front of the main road of San Remo.
Expensive for the service offered and the staff very indifferent (apart from one waitress) . Price = 550 Euros for 4 nights (+ one midday meal, 4 bottles of mineral water and one bottle of wine). Cleanliness was about OK for Italy but don't look too closely in the corners! I've tasted better food (we took 1/2 pension) in the troops canteen of the army. Generally, to be honest, not bad but not quality nor sufficient nor warm enough. There are bars ++ on the via Roma outside and the soundproofing was far form sufficient as it was against the noise from other rooms. We suffered heavy rain for two days and the roof bar was closed due to the rain. I think it must only be open in the summer. This meant that we had nothing to do but stay in our room with no possibility of having a drink or snack. The only Internet connection available is at street/reception level where I had to use the laptop on my lap sitting in a sofa.…
