We stayed at Peiranze for 4 nights. The rooms were very tastefully decorated to a high standard. Excellent quality of fixtures and fittings, and the rooms were also extremely clean. It was a peaceful location and we had use of the large swimming pool as well. also very clean. We were made to feel very welcome by the hosts.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. We liked everything about this B&B. There are lots of things to do in the Area (whitin a short ride you are in Nice & Monaco and of course al the nice Italian beachtowns) while the B&B is very peaceful and quiet. A gorgeous swimmingpool which we had completely for ourselves during our 5 nights stay. Good breakfast. Nice areas to sit and relax on the property. A beautiful house (very clean and spacious) and incredibly kind owners who really make you feel welcome and provide you with lots of information. We could not have asked for better hosts. the Road up might be a bit challenging as mentioned in other reviews but we found it really okay. That is what you get in the area. We drove up and down many times without any problems. It is really no issue. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others! GRAZIE 1000 Giacomo & Antonella!! We’ll be back! …

Our stay in this B & B was all too short-just one night, and a lovely stopover on our way to France, but we regretted not staying longer. The house is beautiful, situated at the top of a hill in a lovely family property, with wonderful vistas of the San Remo area and the ocean. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious: cereals, bread, very good coffee, fruit and 2 home-made cakes-and Antonella gave us extra to take on our road trip in to France-thank you Antonella. Also, a special thanks for driving us in to San Remo to a great restaurant for dinner! Peiranze 144 also has one of the most beautiful terraces we have seen, with comfortable chairs and tables, ideal for taking in the view over a drink at evening or a coffee in the morning. A very modestly priced and enjoyable accomodation...booking was easy and very relaxed, and Antonella and Giacomo are warm and welcoming hosts, with time to spare for helping us with information, and making us feel at home even for such a brief stay.…

We had a fantastic stay at Peiranze 144. We were made to feel very welcome and Antonella and Giacomo are excellent hosts. Plenty of nice sitting out areas either in the shade or in the sun. Nice size room with a very good en-suite. Antonella was very helpful with suggesting interesting places to visit and good local reataurants. Glen and Jane
