Stayed July 2022. Delux double room with sea view. On arrival reception staff non welcoming (no smiles, no chat). Very unusual for this hotel stayed before 2018. Booked Delux room, disappointed to say the least, there’s a theme here on suite bathroom tiny, a shower which you could not fit in, balcony also very small(with air con unit on balcony) and smallest TV I’ve seen since 1980 and very basic room. However room kept very clean and cleaner very good and pleasant. But for her it would have been 2/5. View outstanding. Breakfast disappointing, very basic, staff appeared unhappy enough said. Swimming pool very good although not as clean as previously and not enough sun beds for guests, also noticed a number of non residents using facilities. Car park a shambles and litter bins overflowing for 3 days(easily sorted). Suspect we weren’t given a delux room (208). Sorry won’t be back.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a part of our riviera trip. Good proximity to San Remo. Monte carlo is about an hour drive. Hotel is dated but its very clean. If you book room with sea view you will not be disappointed. Breakfast was continental. Special thank you to reception staff Christopher who has kindly helped us to get a room we requested. Overall I am happy with our stay and probably would come back

We are family of 2 adults & 6 years old child who came to San Remo by car from 10-12 July stayed at Room 209. We decided to stay at this hotel because of free parking and the swimming pool. The hotel is in the old building, room need to be renovated, old carpet and ac. We book quadruple room and given pic from their website of the seaview balcony, but we were shocked to know that our balcony is not that one (the pic is for standard room balcony), instead our balcony is ugly facing that even have to be shared with other room. Fridge is not cold at all, breakfast is very basic with poor quality, only the plus side is they have excellent coffee machine where i could choose my own beverage. The plus side : Lots of parking space and free of charge. Awesome swimming pool.Just right in front of bus stop but we went with car to city center as bus ticket cost return €5/person and we are 3 person meanwhile the parking in the city cost only €2/hour (don't worry lots of underground parking in San Remo, we parked in parcheggio palafiori and only less than 10 minutes to shopping street corso matteotti. The staff are all nice. Despite of few unpleasant thing, in general we will stay in here again if come to San Remo by car only as without car nothing neatby in the area.

Room were located on the west side overlooking the sea and with a private terrace. We were welcomed by an extremely friendly and gentle receptionist who gave us very good tips on food spots in Sanremo : we were supposed to stay one night but ended up staying three days...The lady at the reception was also extremely friendly and helpful. Only bad experience was last night when people staying above our room was very noisy at night but this was obviously not the Hotels responsibility Good choice at breakfast

Been here for 2 nights while pasing by. For breakfest you get 1 piece of bread 1 cheese and salame piece probably from leftowers from previous day. For dinner we got a petite slice of chicken 3 crocets and 3 leaves of probably spinat. Food awful. Bed was ok, the bathrom poor. It seems very old and there was no soap and tovels seem like someone used them. Very bad stay in this hotel.

There were many good and bad things about this hotel and all things being equal (European style taken into account) I regret having to give this one a 2. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. There is a grocery store literally a stones throw away, a bar at the end of the parking lot, a bar/restaurant on site, a patio, a really nice outside restaurant across the street, access to the bike path, an incredible view. It has some really awesome amenities and is a short drive to town. The special request by email I sent in advance was not attended to, we were woken up by the maids every morning, once at 7:30am while recovering from severe jet lag. The bathroom was covered in ants, the bed was very uncomfortable and the beautiful pool was closed. I regret the give this hotel a 2, but I don't think I could rate it any higher.

When we visited the hotel, firstly we got a very small room with a horrible bathroom. We asked for a different one at the reception and got a much bigger room. So far so good. Next morning the breakfast was terrible. Everyone got one piece of bread that was hard as rock. Dinner also wasn't that good. You could choose something but the chance of actually getting it was 50%. When saying that it is not right the people just do not care and walk away. The waitresses also do not wear appropriate clothing. One night she was bringing our food in shorts?! Also one night we asked if we could drink something in the bar and they just answered with: "No". All in all the hotel was okay but the service sucked!

This hotel is amazing for the price. The hotel rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. The bathroom was big and modern. The pool area was huge and the pool amazing with views over he Mediterranean. I could not fault the service of the staff who were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. Parking across the road. Great wifi. I would come back for sure.

I spent a night at this hotel. Rooms are ok, but i was impressed with service. I was not feeling good, so at the time of checkout the girl at the reception went out of her way to find an open doctors office ( it was sunday) so everything in italy is closed on weekends. She was so persistent that she was able to find a doctor to come to the hotel for a checkup. Excellent service, she even gave us the room key (from which we checked out) to go rest and wait for the doctor. I highly recommend this place. They care for their guests.
