Felt very mislead, as this was advertised as a hotel. It's not. The facilities are clean and comfortable, but there is no parking and you have to lug all your suitcases from wherever you can find parking for your car. There is no concierge and no one there to let you in. The woman who runs the place is not very communicative and multiple times we tried to reach out to her and she never responded. If this were advertised as an Airbnb, this would all be fine - but saying it's a "hotel" is false advertising. Our experience: We booked day of and arrived at 6pm to check in, after letting the "hotel staff" know we would arrive at 6pm. Over the phone, the woman we spoke to told us she would prefer we come at 7. I was surprised and confused, as I've never had a hotel request I come so late. I told her that was impossible, as we were coming from Nice and that we would be there at 6. We arrive at 6:06 and could not figure out where the "hotel" was. Because there is nowhere to park and this is on a pedestrian street, my friend waited in the car at a taxi stand while I looked for it. Finally, I realized it was in a residential building, I buzzed outside, but no one answered. Someone let me in and I found my way to the third floor and buzzed the "hotel". Nothing.... I called the hotel number and the woman picked up and said she would be there in 10-15m. Meanwhile, we are tired from our day and drive and sitting on the curb. Ultimately we didn't get settled into our room until after 7pm with our suitcases and all else. Once she showed up, she showed me around the room. I asked her about the bedding to make certain there weren't any feathers - as I'm deathly allergic to them. She kept saying "I have the best hotel and the best pillows in San Remo. If you don't want to stay here, I'll give you your money back". I tried to explain that I thought the room was very nice and that this was merely a health question. She had no idea if they were and continued to hem and haw in frustration at me. When I asked her to go over the codes to get in and out one more time, as she was leaving for the night - she acted incredibly irritated with me. The woman was totally rude. So, if you are looking for a hotel with reachable staff and easy accessibility I would not recommend. My biggest complaint is the host's rudeness and that this seriously should not be called a "hotel", especially for those of us that require it for health needs. If you are looking for an AirBNB and don't mind a host with an attitude, I would recommend this place, as it's clean and new facilities in a central location with comfortable bed and shower.

The host was very helpful, She gave a lot of useful tips for the area when we arrived. The room is very well decorated by the host herself. It looks very beautiful, also the rooms are very clean (cleaned every day) and a new nespresso cup and water is brought every day. Also the room is in the heart of San remo. So I would recommend it to everybody.

Last minute stay on bookit.com and I was skeptical as it was more affordable than other options but it turned out great. We arrived late and left early so we never actually saw anyone but we talked on the phone to the host Patrizia and she was very friendly, efficient and helpful. No parking or breakfast but both could be found easily enough around the town center. The room was open and modern and clean. This is a great choice for a quick city stop. Just know that it can be hard to find. My partner was amazed that I saw the little placard on the door while we were wandering around with our suitcases. The city stayed going until around 11 so we were able to get dinner even late. The next day we were out but walked and shopped around the town and were both very happy with the options. We weren't sure if we were going to stop in Sanremo but I am glad we did and happy to have stayed in this little hotel

Converted rooms in 3rd floor of palazzo. Very stylish if simple and clean lines. Good bed. Good shower. Smack bang on pedestrian high street but remarkably quiet nonetheless. No outdoor space nor breakfast but Sandrino at foot of building sorts the latter.

We booked Palais LaNasse only a week before arrival and were happy to get the last room. While we booked it didn't indicate if our room would have twin beds or a double, so we decided to call the owner Patrizia. She was quickly available by phone and without a problem we got our preference. The rooms are nicely decorated and modern. The bathroom is fantastic with a good shower. All is really clean and a good size. The rooms are rooms only, meaning no breakfast or other meals. To compensate the rooms have a good small fridge, a Nespresso machine and you get some complimentary water. The housekeeping service is outstanding and really deserves compliments. The location is right in the center at a shopping street with lots of restaurants close by. Patrizia also gives you a great overview of where to what and got us a great deal for underground parking. All in all, we can only recommend this place and if we return to Sanremo we would definitely stay here again.

Everything here was top notch - gorgeous rooms and fixtures, the welcoming host Patrizia, and a prime location along the main pedestrian path. Patrizia also gave me a map, spent time showing me where everything was, and also gave me restaurant recommendations! So helpful! A note to travelers: this is more of a private pension - not a major hotel with concierge. If you need 24/7 service and amenities this may not be for you. But in a town as lovely and simple as Sanremo, I found this to be the most wonderful experience.

The only caveat is the check-in process. There was nothing indicating that we needed to go to the 3rd floor which I am assuming the owner purchase in its entirety and turned it into a boutique hotel, the rest of the floors I assume are residential. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Recently renovated, clean and modern. The owner is very friendly and energetic and obviously has a great sense of style and taste because her rooms are amazing. Apparently, each room is in a different color and style. We got white. Once we figured out how to get in and out of the building we were fine. We loved this place and the owner. Amazing stay. Highly recommend this place.

Great welcome. Perfect room - traveller's needs really well thought out. Room quite funky yet practical. Quiet room, blackout curtains, good bed, lift. All very new & clean. Ideal position right in centre of town - good for serious shopping! (guys be warned!). Secure parking close by well organised (15e per 24 hrs). Would definitely recommend.

This place has super, well-equipped modern rooms all very recently done up. There are no "hotel" facilities other than the rooms because La Nasse is a converted apartment on the upper floor of a mixed-use building and you have to contact the owner who will come and let you in, which is unconventional but seems to work. Once checked in you can come and go as you please and this is where La Nasse comes into its own because the location couldn't be better for a short stay. It is on a pedestrianised street right in the centre of the smart shopping district with wonderful cafes and restaurants, a few minutes amble from the port and beach and very near the amazing medieval part of the city. It is also just down from the market square (huge event on Saturdays) where there is a multi-storey car park where we paid €18 for 24 hrs, when you tell them your staying at La Nasse- hopefully it's not less if you're not! Despite all the hustle and bustle outside we had a quiet, sunny room looking out over other homes.

I booked La Nasse last minute - Patricia was very helpful in organising my stay and even came to pick me and my friends up. We stayed in a 4 person room, bedroom and sitting room with fold out beds. The interior design is modern and quirky. The bathroom has a funky blue light in the shower - very cool The location is fantastic. Central to the shops, saturday market, bicycle rental & beaches. I would definitely stay again!
