Having stayed in many places across Italy as we love the country so much, it is hard to beat the views of the Lakes or Tuscany but the view from the hotel terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples was truly memorable. The hotel itself is...More
We stayed at Villa Garden with our three kids. Rooms are spacious and impeccably clean. The sea view rooms are just fantastic! The entire coast is right in front of you and the hotel sits right on the cliff. Due to the fact that there...More
This is a beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean in a great location. The staff are knowledgeable about the local area and did everything possible to make our visit to Sorrento go smoothly. The breakfast provided contains a wide variety of wonderful fresh ingredients. Only on the...More
Our family of 10, aged 71 to 9 loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean, crisp rooms by the sea. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel vibe is relaxed, casual elegance, perfect. Staff was excellent, very nice, always helpful.
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of an Amalfi Coast honeymoon. Everything about this hotel is amazing.
The location, although a 20-30min walk to the centre of Sorrento, is quiet and in easy reach of some nice bars and restaurants.

I have driven all over the world but after my recent trip to Sorrento I would respectfully suggest not to hire here.Yes, I am sure that you of capable of driving here but the traffic especially at peak times is manic. 95 per cent of vehicles are scraped and damaged so if you do hire a car then make sure that you are fully insured to cover all damage.
If you do drive you will not be able to relax and enjoy the scenery.
Organised tours are good but expensive. I used the local buses or train to see the sights at leisure. They are relatively cheap and reliable. I used the public transport to visit places away from the busy touristy areas also.
It is a very busy area and in high season the lines can be long.
Iti is a beautiful coast but I recommend that you eliminate any possible stress.
