We’re just back from a weeks stay in this lovely hotel as a family of 3 including a toddler . The room was a good size, quiet and clean, our room also had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was good lots of choice. The roof terrace was great with lovely views and a nice menu of snacks and drinks. The pool was small but it was clean. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk into Sorrento and it’s not a great road to walk on especially with a pushchair as pavements disappear but the hotel itself is on a lovely quiet street and it offers a shuttle service a few times a day which is useful. We would definitely recommend this hotel for your Sorrento stay.

Small and crowded room. No noise isolation at all, so much so that one can hear the drawers being shut in the adjacent rooms, alarms, and even the guests in the lobby. No toiletries apart from shampoo. Water temperature unsteady. Mediocre breakfast in a dark basement, and no staff to greet you. The swimming pool is nothing more than a large tub, no umbrellas to shade you from the scorching sun. The shuttle to town is infrequent and none on Sunday. Pictures do not reflect the reality. Certainly not a 4 star hotel. We regret staying there.

Stayed here for 3nights after a hectic 4nights in rome. Disappointed as our room didn't have a balcony or window with a view, breakfast was great and so was dinner in the half board restaurant in town. Sorrento town is a good 30-40mintue walk and we are both in our 20s and find it difficult and there isn't always a pathway to walk safely on there is a shuttle bus to town but last pick up is 10pm so no late nights! Also pool is usable but small no chance to swim really! Overall it suited what we wanted which was to lie in the sun for a few days and was really near to Pompeii which was incredible but probably would stay closer to sorrento town next time.

Really friendly and nice staff who are more than accommodating in every way to help you. Rooms are quite large and clean. In addition the pool is very nice and the free shuttle service offered by the hotel into the city is very convenient. Overall a really good hotel.

I recently stayed at the LaPergola just outside the city center of Sorrento. What a great stay. The hotel is a short walk (about fifteen minutes) to the town center of Sorrento. It is a pretty walk, though some of intersections are a little dodgy to cross. If you don’t want to walk, they do offer a free shuttle. The rooms were very clean, air conditioning worked well and it was very comfortable. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us! The pool area was small, but very nice and clean. On the top floor of the hotel there is a seating area with couches and sun beds. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset. This is by no means a luxury hotel, but it is a clean, nice place to stay with a great hotel staff. Definitely would recommend.
