Have just completed 5 fabulous nights in hotel Chalet Gerard. Situated on its own between Passo de Gardenia and Plan de Gralba it is beautifully situated with magnificent views all around. The half board service was fantastic with beautiful 4/5 course meals each evening with choices, accompanied by a huge wine list to suit every taste and price. The staff...

It is a gift to spend a few days at the top of a mountain, like a bird. The views are amazing: from the lounge, the bedroom (we were in room 4 with a stunning view of Sasso Lungo), the terrace and the outdoor jacuzzi. The air is fresh, the light wonderful & ever-changing and there is the true luxury...

We stayed at Chalet Gerard last summer and truly enjoyed our stay. The house sits in a beautiful location with wonderful hiking in the surrounding area. We got really good advice from the owners, both regarding nice hiking trails and good options for lunch. That kind of advice is really appreciated since guide books are rarely detailed enough. The decor...

I chose Chalet Gerard for a surprise trip for my husband, in order to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary and his birthday. Our 2-weeks stay was delightful in all possible ways. The whole house is absolutely beautiful, new architecture that fully respects the traditional wooden designs (with a modern, clean touch), but with all modern amenities and a very good...

We spent 3 nights here , I wish I'd booked for longer. Rooms are really tastefully done with wood virtually everywhere. Bathroom also very very classy. Our room had a wonderful view of the mountains. Restaurant excellent even though it was strange to order dinner immediately after breakfast but we soon got used to the system. The owners are hands...

We stayed 5 nights in July at the Gerard. It was delightful. The rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and spotlessly clean. The views are spectacular. The food was very good. Lovely service -- very friendly and helpful. Classy but not stuffy. The only thing we missed was a pool or Jacuzzi but the spa area is very nice and includes...

Located between the town of Selva and passo Gardena, the hotel is a gem. You can put your skis on in front of the property and get to the whole of the dolomiti superski system. The view is unique, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and spotless. Food and service are both superb. While the hotel is small (11 rooms) it...

Spent a week in the new property (after having been several time in the old one, which has now been demolished and completely redeveloped). It is great in every respect and has been created with great intelligence and taste. The rooms are beatifully done, the one we were in was very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has a nice wellness...
