This was our fifth visit to the Aaritz in six years! We wouldn't go anywhere else. Susy & her staff are amazing. The hotel is immaculate, excellent facilities & perfect location for the Champinoi lift across the road. The leisure centre, pool, etc is fabulous. Food is exceptional & nothing is too much trouble for the chef & staff. On arrival we were welcomed by all the existing staff as if we were family & we definitely felt "at home" yet again.

Lost count of the number of times we have stayed here during the winter months for a weeks skiing .., it never fails to disappoint. Service , Food and location are superb. Great to see many returning guests and some new ones too. Be careful .. If you stay here once you will surely return again , but that's not a bad thing. The skiing is always first class too. Suzy is always on hand to wish you good morning and good evening and attend to your every need. Daniel in the bar is brilliant and so are all the other staff that return year after year. The food selection is always good , but if you don't find something you like on the menu its possible to have a steak or something else. Don't think about booking for too long ... Before you know it ... All the rooms will be gone :-)

We are home from a second stay at Hotel Aaritz. Excellent, first class hotel, with very attentive staff, especially the professionalism of Suzy. We are made to feel very welcome by everyone. The food is wonderful with plenty of choice. The hotel is ideally located opposite the Ciampioni lift, which makes getting to the ski slopes so quick and easy. There is nothing we could fault, and we look forward to staying again in the future. Thank you for making our holiday so good. Amanda and Robert Lambert

Have just returned from a second stay at the Arritz. Our previous visit was 3 years ago. Everything remains the same - the excellent location, food, ambience . What makes this hotel stand out from the crowd is Suzie and her exceptional team. It would be wrong to single out any particular individual - everyone goes that extra mile to provide exceptional service, with a smile. I must however , mention Fabio. As a non skier , due to a previous injury, he ensured that I had a wonderful holiday by planning alpine walks etc for me. Thankyou Fabio! And thankyou Suzie and team for another wonderful week.

This is our second year staying at the fabulous Hotel Aaritz and we have reserved for next year already. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and I simply have never been so well looked after as in the beautiful place, they simply understand exceptional service and are justly proud of what they do.

All the staff at the Aaritz are exceptional, they go above and beyond in every way to ensure that you are welcome, the food, the service and the friendliness surpasses any that I have encountered before. It is simply the best. This is our 3rd year with Susie and her staff as our hosts and most of the guests are returning guests. The atmosphere is the perfect combination of 5 star quality with a warm and friendly family manner.

Susie is the most fabulous hotelier. She did everything possible to ensure that we enjoyed our stay that it felt as if we were guests in her own home. As an example of her care, shortly after arriving we went for to walk from the top of the Champinoi lift (directly opposite the hotel) and she strongly advised us to take raincoats as she felt that it would be raining in about 40 minutes. She was so right and we were so grateful for her advise over the next two hours of our walk. We were then able to warm up again in the hotel's fabulous spa. Every time that we went in or out of the hotel, Susie seemed to be there and always had a cheerful word or two to say. She is also always immaculately dressed. We are greatly looking forward to experiencing this hotel as a base for our…

This really is one of the best hotels in the world - why isn't it 5 star? The room was large and kept very clean. The food, well there was so much food and all of it excellently cooked and prepared. The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. Susie was an amazing host, always ready to help. The Spa was large with amazing views across the slopes. The hotel location could not have been better, across from one of the lifts and the other just 3 minutes walk away. The Crystal reps at the time were were there (March 2016) were some of the most friendly and helpful we have ever met. Really cannot say enough good things about this wonderful hotel.

Nice size room, very comfortable and clean. Complete with robes and slippers, and reasonable size bathroom. TV, safe, hair dryer, no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Balcony, facing out to the valley. Wi-fi throughout. Location in centre of Selva, with the Ciampinoi gondola directly opposite. Restaurants and cafes close by. There is no half board service available in the summer. Housekeeping daily, with turned down service .Breakfast was usually continental style breakfast, with a hot option (bacon, sausage, egg, toast). The Spa area was lovely, very modern, and as with all the areas of the hotel, spotlessly clean. Lounge area had been recently re-furbished to high standard, nice bar area, and a smaller lounge with the TV. Small seating area outside, which is…
